Excellent!!! I would rather untangle a giant ball of Xmas lights than try to negotiate my way through the complexities of the mortgage system but thankfully my husband and I didn't need too. In arranging equity release, I was taken through every step of the process, with full discussion along the way. Everyone involved was very professional and able to answer queries. Jennifer Mckenna was a real star during my mortgage application process and I am sure I wouldn't have been able to buy my first flat without her help.
