I was looking to update my desk top system and whilst online I came across Computer Discounts. After careful consideration I decided to go for a refurbished HP laptop. It was approx one third of new price. It arrived promptly and I am interested process of setting it up.

I highly recommend computer discounts. Staff very attentive and helped a great deal when I couldn’t make a decision. Although I felt like an idiot they certainly didn’t treat me as such. They made me feel like I was their most important customer. The device I purchased is of a very high standard.

Great returns and money back policy
I recently bought a MacBook Pro from Computer Discounts. When I got it I realised that it was much bigger and heavier than I expected and so wasn’t suitable for what I needed it for. The actual laptop worked like a dream and looked brand new but I still decided to return it. I emailed letting them know this and returned it the following day. It was sent on a Friday, it arrived with them on Monday and my full refund was in my bank account on Tuesday morning. Absolutely great service. So even though I was not buying the product, Computer Discounts gave me a first class service.
Intend now to buy a smaller MacBook Air.

Had an issue with the first laptop, quickly resolved!
Had an issue with the first laptop. The guys @ computer discounts apologised, sent me the returns label.
I posted it on Monday and the new laptop arrived on Thursday. Love my Dell laptop, it's so quick on Windows 11 and loved the price :-)
