Speedy Update!
Michael diagnosed the problem (upgrading firmware for my printer) in seconds and solved it in minutes! He then helpfully explained how I could do this myself if it was needed again.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient service
I wanted to replace an old desk top pc and wanted advice on the various options given my needs. I also wanted to have all my existing files transfered to the new computer. Computer Angels were able to quickly assess my needs and transfer all information with impressive efficiency. All done at a reasonable cost. They were polite, responsive and remarkably efficient.
