The Compression Store shipped my product on time. The product was as described on the website. I did have to make a return because the sizing was not correct for me and they handled all of the return process perfectly and gave me a complete refund in a timely manner. Compressionstore is a great website to obtain compression stockings. They offer a variety of brands and types. I am relatively new to stockings and my trials of various stockings have not always worked out for me, but the customer service folks have been fabulous if you have any difficulty with the site or with your product. Until I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and had all lymph nodes removed I’d never heard of compression stockings or what they did. Through dealing with lymphodema I learned of this sore. This is the only place I’ll get my stockings from. Great selection reasonably priced and great shipping. This is the place for your compression needs.

II needed compression stockings to help remove excess fluid following open heart surgery. I have used the Compression Store before, and it is a wonderful store and the online site is great, and easy to use.

I’ve been ordering from CompressionStore.com for a long time. The customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere EVER, online or in a brick and mortar store. It is unusual these days to find a retail store with workers who care this much!

I ordered the socks through the company's website and paid through PayPal. I received confirmation that the order was received and my bank account was debited. After 7 days, instead of receiving the ordered and paid items, I received a message from Compression store that my transaction is suspicious (???) and to send them my credit card number and CVV code (!!!). I replied that I paid via PayPal precisely for security reasons so as not to reveal my confidential information. The company then canceled my order because I refused to provide them with my card number and CVV security code, otherwise they could charge my card without my knowledge and approval. This looks like a fraudulent attempt to steal confidential data, so pay attention if you receive such requests, it is an illegal and criminal act.

Somehow my order was messed up by my computer going bananas. I was able to exchange the stockings for ones that would fit me. What a relief. It was quick and easy to sort it out. They get an A+ for great customer service. The quality of the hose is A+ also.

Easy to determine the correct size for compression items

Bought compression stockings on sale and all went well. Took a little longer to receive them than I anticipated.

Original order did not ship complete. I contacted customer service. They were very willing to help. They got the remainder of my order out quickly. I appreciate it.
