my order has not been shipped for 10 days, what is going on? I can‘t get in touch with customer service, when will it be shipped?

I ordered an outfit. It never came. They marked it delivered This site is a scam. They will take your money and you will never get your package.

Complex is a scammer website! I ordered a pair of sneakers and the first thing they did was charge my credit card, and then I never heard from them again. I just reversed the charges on my credit card to try and get a refund. Take my word for it, avoid this scammer site!

Genuinely the worst customer experience of all time. Item never shipped, and then there was no follow ups, or responses. I opened a support ticket and got no response, I sent emails and got no response. Literally a joke lol it’s been a month and still nothing….large well known company too. Crazy, I literally had to make an account on this site because I felt obligated to tell others this.

Terrible service and communication. No order updates after over a month for two separate orders. Do not respond to multiple emails. AVOID.

I wish I had read these comments first before ordering. This website is a scam. No response to customer service, take your money and do not ship the product.

Zero stars for Complex. I think they stole my money. After several attempts to ask for the status of my order and to cancel it and refund my money if they can’t fulfill it, I think my e-mails are just getting ignored. I have yet to receive any information on what’s going on with my order. Any attempts to contact them return an automated email that they will respond in 24-48 hours, but the response that is sent afterwards is a blank email with no information. I just want my money back in the amount of $280.45 at this point. They should have just refunded the orders when they found out they oversold the products and not hold people’s money without any updates and make them feel like they got scammed. This is the first time I have tried to purchase from this company and I should have known better. The MLB should be ashamed of this partnership for the launch these Tokyo Series jerseys.

My daughters asked for her favorite singer “The Weekend” t-shirt merch which was $55, and after numerous attempts to contact this company, I have gotten to response, no shirt, and they stole my money. FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COST.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Complex that I feel compelled to share. They cancelled not one, but four of my legitimate orders during their TMKK/MLB product drop. Their explanation for these cancellations was completely inadequate and felt dismissive of my time and effort.

This experience has left me doubting their ability to handle such releases fairly and transparently. Customers like me deserve better than vague explanations and repeated cancellations. Until Complex addresses these issues, I cannot recommend shopping with them. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe it.

I planned my whole morning around the Takashi Murakami + MLB drop. I'm an average consumer. Someone trying to surprise her husband and parents with gear. At 9a sharp,I added my items to cart and hit checkout.

I waited 1.5 hours to actually checkout. After placing my order,it was canceled 1 minute later because they suspected fraud. I work in e-commerce. If we suspect fraud, we call the customer to verify all details. While my order was higher, around 1k, you'd think this site of expensive items wouldn't flag that. These safeguards are BS because I know someone who bought so much more.

Canceling an order after a customer waits this long is a disservice.

Scam.
They write you on facebook and lovebomb your band and then they want money.

Complex may be a average magazine resource, however when it comes to customer service regarding the products they sell it is horribly disgusting. Why have a phone number if you are not going to EVER pick up. I am glad I read other reviews about the merchandise, I almost wasted 180.00.
