I ordered a product online found out I bought the wrong ones so I called in 5 minutes later they said that they couldn't cancel it so I had to wait 2 weeks on get it in, then I had to drive 40 mile to return for shipping back to get refund was not happy

Dear Bobby, We are sorry about your experience, but we want to offer an explanation of how situations like this happen. We ship nearly every order on the same day it is placed. When a customer places an order, our warehouse staff quickly goes to work packing and sending it to the loading dock for shipment. If an order is cancelled later that day, chances are it may already be on the truck for shipment or even already on the road. When that’s the case, we cannot delay the departure of the truck to retrieve a package without adversely affecting the shipping schedule of everything else. We will make reasonable efforts to stop delivery of the package. But once it’s in the hands of the shipping company, we no longer have control over it, which can result in packages still being delivered. Unfortunately, a cancel delivery order with the shipping company sometimes only makes the delivery late without entirely stopping it. We’re truly our sorry about your experience because pleasing customers is our ultimate goal, but these are the choices we need to make to speed delivery of our orders and keep costs low for everyone.

Rims arrived in a timely manner

Rims arrived in a timely manner. Only issue is that the rims were shipped without any cardboard, only bubble wrap. They got several areas of paint damage on them and a couple minor dings on the edges. Spent a chunk of time sanding the paint chips and dings smooth and priming them for paint. Only problem so far, just disappointing that had to be done straight off the delivery truck.

I'm very satisfied

I'm very satisfied. The right power steering pump for my MF231 tractor at the right price. In fact better than half the price of their competitors.

Rad is too tall, used not new

Rad is too tall, hood won’t fit without modification to rad mounts. Also it’s a used rebuilt rad, listed as a new aftermarket replacement. Fins are bent, and rusty through the centre. Much to expensive for a rebuilt. I could have had my old rad rebuilt for half the cost down the street and it would have fit properly.

Dear Mitch, I will ask a customer service representative to contact you to talk over the issues you mentioned. We work with the original manufacturer’s fitment specifications in the design of our products. If you run into a fitment issue, it is often advisable to talk with a service representative to determine how to resolve the issue. For instance, sometimes a different part number would work better for a specific application. Regarding your other comment, if a product is listed as new it truly is new. As a matter of fact, we are not really in the rebuilders market. Finally, all of our products are backed with a 30-Day Returns Policy for a refund or exchange and a 1-Year Warranty for a replacement. We promise to work with you to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
