Complete Estate Agents Omdömen

I was looked after by Ryan, Finlay and Tia.

Whole process so far has been incredibly smooth, as a first time buyer it’s been excellent customer service, both with viewings at the property and with over the phone and email communication, so far has been a lovely experience!

We dealt with Finlay, Ryan and Tia in the Cranbrook office and they all worked so hard to find a buyer for our property. They kept us updated via email and telephone every couple of days and never gave up. Thank you for making the process so smooth even when it got a bit stressful at times, you dealt with everything with such professionalism. Would highly recommend

I had an initial valuation of our home with Finlay. From start to finish he was fantastic. He brought a pack of information with him which showed he put a lot of effort into our meeting beforehand. Finlay was lovely to talk to and went through the process explaining everything to me in a friendly and understandable way. He is a real credit to the Complete team. Thank you again for all of your assistance Finlay.

Buying our first home in Cranbrook we had the pleasure of meeting Tia in our initial viewings, who was absolutely fabulous in getting to know us and our needs for our first home. We then have been working with Alison as our purchase moves through the process who has been brilliantly attentive for our case. We regularly have stayed in contact with Alison throughout the process, and she has been amazing in supporting us! Thank you and almost at the finish line now!

Tegan was my contact at Complete as the home buyer and she was unfailingly responsive, helpful and patient. We all know it can be a frustrating process but Tegan smoothed the way as much as possible, even keeping tabs on progress on her weekend off. Who could ask for more?

Finlay from start to finish has kept in touch with me regarding the sale. He is friendly and extremely approachable.
Alison has been in charge of communicating with the various parties regarding my sale, and I have had weekly updates from her which has been greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this team for any future sales

Fantastic experience with the Complete team. They went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. A big thank you to Dom, Tegan and India for all your hard work. Always on call and happy to explain and offer advice. Don't hesitate to use Complete!

We had a fantastic experience with Complete from start to finish. We are first time buyers and Harriet and Jason made the whole process manageable. Their communication was excellent throughout - keeping us updated at every stage, checking in, and were always happy to help answer any questions or offer additional support when needed.

Harriet, Jason and the whole team were incredibly friendly, professional and approachable, and we always felt looked after. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and we’d be very happy to use them again in the future.

Thank you Harriet and Jason for all your help!

Very helpful all the way through. A professional service offered by all of the staff.

All the staff were very friendly and professional in all aspects from the valuation stage through the various viewings to the completion.
All queries were followed up promptly and every effort was put into achieving a sale.
Thoroughly recommend their services.

The whole team at complete Bovey Tracey were amazing! A special shout out to Harriett and Jason, both were very communicative, friendly and helpful. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

As first time buyers we were so grateful with all the help throughout the process by complete. They were always willing to help with any issues we had. Would definitely deal with them again and recommend. Special mention to Ryan who was extremely helpful with our purchase.

It was a good experience with the complete team.

It is very genuine and good letting agency
Because of My experience

Me and my fiance are first time buyers, and had Wendy from Complete show us around a property we were interested in. Wendy was incredibly informative, friendly and professional showing us around, and her communication afterwards was spot on. We decided against the property in the end, but would highly recommend the service provided.

Of all the letting agents that I’ve used I would say Complete are the most professional and proactive in the area.
It has been so useful to have a team guide me through the issues of the Renters Rights bill. The seminars both face to face and online have been invaluable.

Excellent letting agency, super lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble.
