Complete Home Surveys Ltd Omdömen

Sean gave us an in depth report into the the property we are now in. As first time buyers we couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided to us and would fully recommend complete home surveys to family and friends 5 *

Polite and helpful staff. Really great when feeling the stress of buying a house. Survey was issued two weeks earlier than predicted- fantastic.

Great detailed home buyers survey report (without valuation), reasonable price.

Very quick and thorough service. I booked the service and only a couple of days later it was completed and a full report sent to us. I’m very impressed with the service we received and the thorough report they sent us.

Very detailed report and up to a high standard. Highly recommended

Liam carried out our survey and it was just as detailed and thorough as any other I've seen by companies charging a lot more. Liam also highlighted that the property we were buying was a non-standard construction, something neither the vendor nor estate agent had divulged.
We pulled out of the purchase because of this, we had a very close call!

Quick response and I am happy to hire this company

Liam did our Homebuyer Survey. The report is very detailed and easy to understand. The survey was on Wednesday and we got the report the next day! They always respond my email very quickly and the price is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

I came across the company on here with good reviews and that’s why we booked our Homebuyers Survey with them. When I was advised how the booking process was I was a bit apprehensive and worried with it being a different company with a different name and I did question myself.
After speaking over the phone I was put at ease and It was very straight forward to book. Cheryl from the booking team was amazing, her communication was outstanding.
The report itself was done so quickly! We had our survey booked in on a Wednesday morning and we got our report back the very next day! It’s very straightforward to understand with the green, amber and red markings and is very well detailed.
Would definitely recommend :)

The review document was very detailed. Excellent service thank you

Very efficient company and an very good survey report

Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The survey is very thorough and received it in a timely manner . The proce was the best in the area too. Highly recommend

Great service. Survey was arranged quickly and report was also back quickly. The report was clear and in depth. Would highly recommend.

Very quick and so helpful! Had a call to run through after the report to explain everything which helped us knock our purchase price down by £7.5k

Excellent service very quick and easy to deal with the surveyor Liam was very professional thanks again.

Excellent service from start to finish from the team, providing regular updates and valuable advice reducing the price on my home purchase.

Best price, and quick to arange survey. Conducted on time with courtesy call before arrival. Only criticism would be, that surveyer told us would have report back by tommorow at the latest, but had to wait a week. All in all excellent service, and will use again.

Highly recommend. We used this company for our Help to Buy valuation report. The appointment was arranged very quickly and the surveyor Liam arrived promptly. The inspection was completed professionally and with no inconvenience to us. Will definitely use again.

I would highly recommend Complete Home Surveys, Sean Thompson recently carried out a survey for me on a new property we are buying and the report was very in-depth and thorough.
I was expecting a 5-7 day lead time on the report but I actually received the report 3 days later, and on a Sunday evening, I thought this was great service and gave me and my partner time together to go through the survey in detail.
all in all great service and money well spent.
