Very responsive and highly professional
John was very responsive and highly professional. He did a thorough job on the leak under our sink, explaining everything clearly and concisely. He also quickly diagnosed and ordered the parts needed to fix our leaking and failing boiler and installed them promptly. Quality work and his attention to detail is clearly better than others, would not hesitate to recommend.

Needed John's help twice now, including an emergency where he made space in his day to help me. Both times he has been professional, fixed my issues quickly and quoted very fair prices. Will recommend him to friends and family if I ever need to.

Excellent service
Called last night as the boiler broke. Arrived first thing today and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He got it working again and is coming back next week with new parts. John is friendly, very knowledgeable and at every point showed us what was causing the problem. Basically previous shoddy services by a so-called reputable company! Thanks John

Boiler breakdown
Boiler sited in our loft broke down in very cold spell before Xmas 2022. A good friend recommended John. He came and got us going one evening and recommended a little further remedial work. John completed that early 2023 neatly and efficiently ready for the next cold snap.

Speedy response, excellent work
John came out within 3 hours of my call (on the 23 Dec) to repair an immersion heater, after given him a brief description he arrived with all of the parts and had us back up and working within an hour of arrival.
His work was excellent and and his pricing was both honest and reasonable
Extremely happy will certainly be using him again for our routine servicing and maintenance
Thank you John
