Good communication, simple to play/enter
I’ve dabbled every now and again before and never been fortunate to have a winning number ( only a few £ here and there on tickets when I’m feeling fancy ) this morning I thought I’d have a go and bought some tickets ( lucky dip style ) and immediately received an email stating I had won an instant win ! The email states they will get in contact within 24-48 hours , I think they contacted me after about 4 lol! Asked for some info to confirm details and the money was in my account within about an hour of sending bank details ! Nice little treat for a Friday Thankyou x

I hope you haven't got your reviews mixed up with another company.
You said you'd spent 'so much money' on the competitions and can see you have spent under £76 since 2021. Just wanted to check to make sure you had all of your information correct.
The same people may seem to win all the time, but that isn't the case. In fact, last month we had over 350 new winners, just on our cash competitions.
We do also have repeat winners, and it's these people which support our business daily and we don't limit anyone to just 1 win. We feel no one should be peanilised because the enjoy being part of our daily competitions.

Sorry if you find our 20p to win £5,000 competitions too expensive.
Obviously, we have to make the odds reasonable for the competition. Otherwise, we would be running the competitions at a loss. If we did that, we wouldn't be able to keep donating much-needed money to support charities and care workers, who are grateful for the donations our members help us make.
Also, for context, you have spent less than £114, and some of those tickets were to win thousands of pounds. Although you didn't win, we did have winners for those competitions, and all these have gone towards us giving away over £27,000,000 so far (an amount the whole team has worked hard to achieve).
We'd also like to reiterate that we can't guarantee everyone will win; it is a gamble, but we do guarantee winners for every competition. No pushback on the dates, no rollovers, no changing the prizes, guaranteed draws and guaranteed winners.

People like the hard work and effort our team put into Competition Fox, making it an outstanding experience. They like the transparency, the great prizes, the great community, the fast delivery and the exceptional customer service (if I do say so myself).

Competition Fox is one of the best out there .
I have been playing now for around 2 years after meeting a couple on a cruise who had won the cruise on the site.I have won a few times and with a cash win it’s been paid into my bank in under an hour .I love the fact you can see everything going on on the site at all times ,and that all the draws are done live ,which may I add I love to sit and watch .The variety of competitions is amazing and there is something different everyday .With competition Fox you actually have a chance of winning and know that it’s all genuine as everything is done in front of your eyes .

We have around 2,000 winners a month and we do allow people to play once they have had a win. So some people will put their winnings back onto the site and try and win again, and that happens.
We go live 5 days a week to show transparency, and the draw is done live on Facebook. We also show the entry list on all competitions (this is also updated in real-time) so you can see the entrants as soon as tickets are sold. You can, therefore, see all of the people who have tickets for any competition at any time BEFORE the competition closes.
We do have a lot of people with the same surnames (as people invite the family to play) and initials (as some people like not to shout about the fact they won £20,000 cash as it can get people asking them for money). We allow people to use their initials as well (this allows people who work in public services and roles where they need to maintain a low social profile to enjoy the Competition Fox experience. Just because you may see the initials S.S. win more than a few times in a month doesn't mean it's the same person. It could be Steven Spielberg or Sylvester Stallone.
If you do have any suggestions on what we can do to make the experience better please let us know, but we won't be limiting anyone to just 1 win. We love getting winners, and we are not slowing down.

Honestly a lot of fun, the site is super easy to use and the prizes are very straightforward! I won a bundle recently and I was sooo excited to receive, they said they’d send it the next week but they delivered it in person within 2 days!
