Hassle free, user friendly experience
Very easy company to work with, they always made sure that all information was transparent and easy to understand. They also always sent out relevant documentation on time and I never had to chase after important things. It's nice to have a company that provides a hassle free user friendly experience and their customer service is also extremely great - super quick to respond with immediate help!

Overall, a quick registration process, although it would be nice to be able to manually enter your date of birth, i.e. 20.7.70, rather than click through nearly 55 years as I had to.

It's possible to click on the calendar header at the top which will allow you to scroll back by decade. The welcome team is only a call or email away, and is always happy to assist with issues concerning registration. They have a number of resources available to assist with each step of the process.

I have worked in the HR and contracting field for over 10 years and can honestly say, this was most clear, professional and informative session I have experienced.
