Although the products I received is good quality the customer service is non existent. I was not told when the delivery was going to be, I had to be persistent with messages as the phone was never answered. Since receiving the order the phone is never answered so I sent messages and left voice mails but have still not been contacted about my query. Had I not had the issues with contacting the company the rating would have been a lot higher, but unfortunately I the lack of customer service, or rather not being able to reach them and them not returning calls or answering messages I do not feel able to give a higher rating.

Only 4* as email update on shipping came after I had received the goods.

The courier delivered a broken toilet pan which I refused to accept. I guess that wasn't fault of compare the bathroom, however since the attempted delivery I am trying to contact compare the bathroom ltd with no luck. I called their phone number at least a hundred times, I wrote an emails to their support team, I wrote back on the order email - no luck. No money back, no toilet delivered. Disgusted by such businesses.

Goods arrived damaged and my phone calls and emails have been ignored. Avoid

Easy to order very quick delivery arrived well packaged in perfect condition. A great price too.Definitely use again.

Bath came without panel and still not received panel or refund inspite of repeated phone calls which are never answered.

Avoid this company and also be aware they also trade from Manomano.I bought a whirlpool bath and it arrived with damaged cables and although they are admitting it was a transit damage they are stating they do not want to refund as it is still fit for purpose if i tell them what electrical wire i need so they can send me a replacement to fit myself.Consumer Rights are involved in the dispute

Great toilet with built-in sink. Ideal for our little bathroom. Only trouble was absolutely no instructions. Luckily I’m a fairly confident DIYer. Great price and quick delivery can’t be faulted.
