Unfortunately the product was faulty having been badly assembled. The basin did not sit in the vanity unit properly and the doors were gaping in some areas, rubbing in others and looked lopsided.
Delivery arrangements were also unsatisfacoty.
However the staff were very good at trying to sort the problems out and, thanks to them, we finally reached a satisfactory conclusion.

Easy ordering and swift delivery at a good price.

They have a good range of products, I was able to get a cupboard to match my existing bathroom at a sensible price and good quality.
The service was quick, and the item was delivered within the time promised.
I would give 5 stars if there was more delivery information. Whilst we knew it was due within 3 days, we didn’t know which day to expect it making it difficult to have someone home to receive it.

It was the best price we could find, but sometimes that doesn't mean the best to buy, it was at compare the bathroom exactly the same item as all the other's and delivered very quick and in good condition. Well pleased.

Needed a suite for a refurbishment and found this company online. Unsure what to expect as the price was so much cheaper than going to our usual suppliers. The delivery was very quick and the quality surpassed expectations.
On installation we had a small issue with one of the items but it was resolved with one telephone call.
We will definitely use again.

Awful experience, paid in full, paid extra for express delivery for entire bathroom suite.
Wrong jacuzzi bath arrived after 10 days ( left hand when ordered right hand) nightmare getting wrong bath collected, 3 attempts by couriers.
Waited days and still waiting for correct bath to be delivered, no eta, daily broken promises, local courier terrible, doesn't ring in advance or give any times/dates, several other pieces damaged.
Wish we'd never used this company, still no correct bath or replacement panel or refund

Ordered pedestal wash basin and toilet, removing waste an tap option (not required).
Delivery was 2 days late, with no toilet on delivery.
After a few emails, they tried to charge for a toilet to be sent out so I told them I wanted a refund.
I haven't heard anything from them in a week, hence review.

Service as expected, would use again.

I made the mistake of ordering a right hand bath instead of a left hand.
Rang and spoke to a lovely lady name Jeanette who arranged for the bath to be picked up and changed for just the delivery charge (which was reasonable)
