Hi James. Thank you for taking time out to write this review. Just for context, cover was provided under your policy, the deposit didn't clear and 1 week later you telephoned our office to cancel. The insurers were on risk for the week, we incurred costs in administering your policy, and further costs when cancelling it. We are always transparent on any charges that you may incur prior to taking out the policy. Sorry it didn't work out for you and I wish you all the success in the future.

Helen. I’m looking in to this. I’ve spoken with Andy already and will revert early next week. You’ve been a client of ours for many years and reading this saddens me.
I will get to the root cause and come back to you.

Andy - thanks for your time on the phone again today, really appreciated. I will endeavour to update you if we're able to get the insurers to change their underwriting footprint, if we achieve this it will stop this situation reoccurring. Additionally, we spoke about the significant number of calls you had with our office, the fast majority of which were great which was reassuring.
You have my full contact details - going forward, if you do experience any issues please don't hesitate in reaching out directly.
Kind regards,
Ian
