Don’t buy anything from these people.
I bought $150 worth of stuff. It was cheap and plastic looking!!!
Wanted to return it and they gave me a hard time…. Didn’t respond to my emails!!
Read their return policy….pages of loopholes in their favor.
Got stuck with their cheap looking product!!!

If I could rate this company a minus 100 I would. Placed an order and only received a partial shipment. I have emailed OLIVIA in customer service 2 times and emailed the address they tell you to write to with a problem 5 different times in a week. I also called the customer service number 2 times and left a message with the order number, my name and phone number describing the issue I had. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN 7 DAYS OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. Just for the record, the tiles I did receive look like fake crap. I would not trust this company with any amount of order. Fraud/scam company.

First of all, these reviews will NOT help this company.. THE DON'T CARE!! After receiving their product, I was extremely displeased. I would be embarrassed to have this anywhere in my home. I texted them right away to receive their return label. NO response. It's been 5 days with no response, so I called and could not reach anyone. I had to leave a message. Worst company EVER!!!!!!

The product was absolute garbage, nothing like they advertised. They will not reply to any of my messages. One star is to good for this company. My advice to anyone looking to deal with them is ( Don’t do it ) you will not be happy with the very cheaply made garbage they will send you. and you will lose your money

If there were a 0 star option, i would choose that. First off, the product is cheap , flimsy crap, and is largely misrepresented in their photos on the website. Does not at all look or feel realistic and is flat. When I requested a return auth# and a refund, after a week or so i finally got a return address. When the return tracking showed delivered, I let them know. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on my return, and no response. I can only assume at this point I will never receive a dime. Not only is the product a joke, they will keep your money and not respond to correspondence. I am considering what legal recourse I can take. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER, unless you like throwing money away. Im out nearly 200 bucks. It has been over a month

DO NOT BUY! This company is terrible to work with. Firstly, they advertise 5-7 day delivery, but my order took a month to arrive. The tiles looked plastic-y and cheap so I requested a refund. I emailed back and forth, trying to return the items...it always took them more than a week to reply. They tried to get me to accept a refund of $20 for a $65 order. At first, I said no, but after two more months of their delays, I finally decided to just take their little handout. But, of course, they never even sent it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!

Needed something light weight for the popup camper this is perfectly perfect!! Looks so real too very happy!

I received a product that absolutely did not match with my intended location for usage. No other items offered were matchable. I have been attempting to return this item since 7/22/24 today is August 8, 2024. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with for a return! They want you to keep what they want you to keep your useless , unused order and give them 50% of what you paid! Unethical business practice!! Don’t waste your time or money!!

I ordered a time sensitive item for a stage play, "red Classic 3D stick on brick". Listed 5-7 days delivery. After 2 email contacts I received beige stick on tile 14 days after the order. I contacted Commony that day and asked for a refund for them sending wrong item. "beige tile", and asked for a return authorization, that btw was never sent. My deadline was no longer meetable, I hand painted the red brick. They requested a picture of the wrong item, to sort this out, there was nothing left to sort out, It made no sense that they would not accept my claim by email that item was wrong, which only really would be proven I suspect, upon its return to Commomy, but for some reason, they would trust a picture of anything and that would prove it was wrong? That makes no sense. I did send them a picture. Now they have gone dark and seem to be claiming, weeks later, I missed some obscure fine print deadline, and I am now out nearly $100.
On 4-26-24 I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and as of 6-26-24 they say it is "under investigation", whatever that means,
Commomy appears to be rather inept and operating in bad faith.
Never again.

These are the worst Peel and stick tiles I have ever purchased. I have purchased three different brands of peel and stick tile. The other two worked like a charm. This brand is made up of a fake horrible plastic that smells so bad of chemicals. They lasted on my walls all of 15 minutes. I would never ever buy from this company they come directly from China and it’s an awful application that does not stick. Also their coloring is way off and does not look like the picture because it’s made of a cheap almost like the old-fashioned puffy stickers that’s what this is.

I placed an order and never received a confirmation of when delivery would take be received. I tried both their email contacts, the chat function, and called the number listed. No response on any attempts.

I bought bathroom tiles for 700.00 dollars. I ask for a refund they would not give me a refund. The bathroom tiles keep falling off. There advisement is a lie they do not stick to a bathroom and shower wall. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a rip off they don't even try to solve the problem.
