If you have a project that needs to be done and constantly feel like you're procrastinating and need someone to keep you accountable then this is the investment for you!

Commit Action effectively helped develop my professional and personal growth over the last several months. Working with my awesome coach illuminated unidentified weaknesses and developed latent strengths. I am a better individual and business owner because of Commit Action.

I've been working with Ryan from commit action to help me stay focused on the important tasks during my master's and as I apply to PhD programs. It has been so helpful to have someone to check in weekly on long-term goals as well as multiple times a week on short-term goals. Commit Action helps me reduce stress by focusing on what's important. I don't know that I would have been able to apply to PhDs without the support from Ryan.

I joined CA about 6 months ago at a time when there was a lot on my plate (still do). As a backdrop, I have three areas I'm concurrently working on for my work activities. I have a corporate career (day job), a family business - which was significantly impacted by last year's lockdown, that is back in growth mode, as well as working on a "passion project" that could potentially become a viable start-up.

I've been using CA's approach to marry persistence with accountability to push forward on all three of those areas.

Initially I leveraged the Commit Action approach - the weekly check-ins and regular support, for the "passion project" as that was the one that easily fell by the side. I had been working on getting an MVP out for a year (working on it during nights and weekends) and the project was just churning even though I believe it had tremendous upside.

With CA, we (my coach and I) focused on getting the MVP completed and in place so that I can get it to the next stage of using it, learning what works/what doesn't, and determining the next iteration. And that's just what happened. This is where being accountable to the CA coach (shout out to Tyler) really helped with being persistent.

Now that I have the MVP in production, I've incorporated my other two areas (day job and growing the family business) into the CA approach and am making strives in a more holistic manner by identifying and working on those key growth drivers that will elevate all three areas.

I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention the highly valuable and relevant videos and webinars available as a member. They are highly useful and on point for me. Definitely check out Commit Action if you are trying to get a business off the ground or focused on growing a business.

Loved my time with Commit Action. James (my coach) kept me on task, helped me see the bigger picture and pushed me at the right pace to ramp up the key habits in my profession. I would recommend Commit Action to entrepreneurs and employees alike!

Hannah with Commit Action is an excellent help to my weekly routine. She understands my unique circumstance. As a retiree I wanted to stay engaged with technology and life in general. I started with education and then a business adventure in Real Estate Investing part-time. My needs are different from other entrepreneurs who have their business as a source of financial gain. I have my business to keep making forward progress in this ever changing world. Hannah helps me keep on track and make little wins every week. I work for myself and I’ll admit that I was a bit nervous about suddenly being accountable to someone, after all the idea of being self-employed is to have freedom. However, I was finding that important (non-client) projects were continually slipping and my business wasn’t developing as I wanted, so I took the plunge.

The sign-up process was interesting, making me think about the big picture and my goals for the coming months and years.

Once the coaching started I was amazed how well it works. I moved ahead further and faster in the first four weeks than I had in the previous four months.

The coaching itself is concise and quickly gets to the heart of any issues. I’m challenged on the goals I set and there are lots of resources available to gain a better understanding of how to motivate, prioritise, etc. I’m learning a lot about myself and becoming more productive as a result.

My biggest is learn is to forget perfection and just get stuff done. It’s too easy to hold back, wait for the right moment, wait for things to be perfect etc.

Strangely, I don’t feel I’m working any harder than before, I’m just better focussed and achieving way more.

A quick backstory, I had a project that I wanted to complete and was really excited about. I had everything ready to go, but I would get distracted by day-to-day tasks that were "more urgent". Two years went by without any progress. Then I stumbled upon Commit Action.

Since you are reading this review, you are probably where I was a few months back. The concept is simple, you will work with an accountability coach and together you will set weekly tasks. This coach is someone who cares about your progress in a scientific way, gently reminding you where you are and where you'd like to go, and it just works if you are ready for it.

It has been about a month, and I can't believe the results and progress I've made. How was I all of the sudden able to find time, let alone complete complex tasks?! Ryan is my coach, he is awesome, and I am glad that he challenges me to see if I think I can achieve even more.

After signing up with Ryan, I have made progress on several projects which I have postponed for months or even years.

I find Ryan’s guidance to be very thoughtful and considerate. Other than helping me set clear actionable weekly tasks, he’s also checked in on my mental energy and suggested projects that would help replenish that.

Above the coaching, we also chat about own fitness goals and I genuinely enjoy our weekly calls.

Ryan is on point. The first thing I noticed was I got a call the minute I was supposed to. This told me my time was respected. So unused to meetings sticking to schedule and that is important to me. Secondly, they force me to be accountable to myself and always ask me challenging questions making me constantly evaluate my own success and move accordingly. I haven’t been able to stick to every single weekly task yet somehow I ended up being ahead of schedule in terms of meeting my major milestones. I know there would have been weeks when I would not have achieved anything if I did not have my coach. Ryan keeps me on my toes and makes sure I’m focusing on the right things and points me towards helpful resources whenever I need them.

The service was a great find for me. The weekly call with a coach is only about 20 minutes, however the quality of the coaching is first class. You are challenged and encouraged and stretched every time.

Also members have access to an amazing library of webinars, and if you are prepared to put the work in, then I believe that this service will take you further than you'd ever go by yourself!

I have been onboard for many months now, and I have no intention of ending anytime soon [the results are just too good]
