I‘ve been using CC for 2 weeks now and found great sales people for my team. It’s really a great platform if you want to find decent sales people who can do B2C or B2B sales (B2B in my case).
The support from Ryan and Laura has been great too - actually one of the best from pretty much all online services so far , because they really care about the individual customer (which is not usual today).
Normally I don’t leave reviews but for this, it’s a pleasure to me.

We've been using the Commission Crowd for a while now and have successfully connected with many top quality commission based sales reps who have helped us boost our bottom line exponentially. Been a member of CommissionCrowd now for a long number of years. Will be fair, I get a lot of regular invites to apply for opportunities BUT invariably they come from marketing or IT led Companies.
I took time recently to search through their 'find opportunities' section ie specifically selecting areas of professional experience and veering away from ANYTHING remotely resembling an IT Company. No joy. ANY selection made from a wide cross section of categories resulted in saturation coming back in the form of Companies completely offering nothing.
I find CommissionCrowd are exceptionally poor in segmenting their opportunities into appropriate sub sections, which results in the whole experience becoming a total waste of time to be honest. I've given up looking.

This a fantastic platform for both companies and agents. It's a little like a dating platform in that the best way to work is to set up a number of conversations with companies that have interesting opportunities, and then pick the ones to work on that are a match for you in terms of product/market/culture. They have an internal communications system, and easy to work with CRM so you can keep all your conversations and opportunities in one view. Kudos to the team who set this up - it's the kind of idea that fills an obvious need.

My experience with CommissionCrowd far exceeded my expectations. Within the first month, I had attracted not only multiple commission-based sales reps and one individual has now become a significant member of my team providing business development, leading, and training our sales team. I learned so much about hiring and developing sales teams just through the amazing training resources CommissionCrowd provides, and the support from Ryan, the founder, has been outstanding.

Commission Crowd has really helped us a lot with building a global sales team. It's been really hard to find commission-only salespeople, but on this platform it is really easy. You do need to set aside some time every day to message all those salespeople you think would be a good fit, so it does take some effort on your part.

We've been on the platform for 1 month now, and have 2 signed partnership agreements and 2 in the pipeline.

Initially I thought the process would be as painful as mainstream hiring, though I've found the potential employers very responsive and moving forward with an interest was plain easy.
