Helped us collect some invoices after a non paying customer didn’t follow through on payment for a permanent placement we made. Gave me some advice on tightening up our T&C’s to hopefully ensure this doesn’t happen again as well.

Early days but so far happy with payments, clear pricing structure and comms.

CDI have very quickly and effectively set up repayment agreements with debts we had previously written off.

Have been using CDI for last couple of years and they have managed to collect a few bad debts for me. They are still working on my largest debt and are confident this will be resolved sooner rather than later

Since late 2024 I have been sending emails after emails to you, and you fail to deal with our complaint. (your response is inaccurate) You offered a conclusion and then retracted this. You still owe us money which was taken and you know this! We have explained to you for which cases and have acknowledged this. Its April 2025 and we are still waiting.
Cases which you know you should have actioned asap and you delayed the process, we lost thousands...
I have asked for a deadlock letter, and even this you have failed to provide..

A complete sham. CDI are parasites.
Save your money and don't be sucked in by their clever mis-leafing sales pitch.
Very good at convincing you the debt is retrievable, but in reality its not.
You will just spend your time chasing them, as opposed to the debtor. Monthly updates just advising the exact same dialogue - we are chasing? Masters in deceit.
Nothing followed up in writing, just a lack lustre approach with no success to show.
Staff rarely in, so never anyone to contact and/or speak with.
Genuinely taking advantage of your vulnerable position, in being owed monies. Do not waste more!

This is our 2nd year using CDI, with one case we`d hit a brick wall, communication from the company owing us money was none existent, CDI managed to make contact and also managed to get us the full amount owed plus interest. That`s what I call a win for all small businesses, Don`t get bullied out of the hard earned money you are owed from any main contractors who think they can just not pay their subbies and get away with it !!!!

Please be aware of this company, they contacted me regarding a company going into liquidation saying they could get my money back, i nearly paid them the £850.00 as they were very good at convincing me they could. When i changed my mind they offered to reduce to £400.00. I then asked them could they do it for a nominal fee and they could have 50% of the debt and I have not heard nothing since. Which speaks volumes !!!!

Handled my case very well indeed, had a few outstanding creditors and CDI took care of it for me. Process was smooth and communication was transparent throughout. Would recommend.

Signed up with C&D in March 24, they assured me they could recover a significant debt from an insolvent company. Each month an update was given assuring me the process was proceeding as expected yet timescales for completion were difficult to determine. By February 2025 with no progress I began to push for answers. It transpired the initial letter regarding the first company hadn’t been sent until December 2024 and in respect of the second company it was sent in July 2024 with no follow up to date ( I have copies of these letters). So each time I was given my monthly update assuring me all was good I was being lied to. I raised this with a senior manager who assured me all it was not the case and paperwork to demonstrate the work being done (ie correspondence letters & email) would be supplied to me. Still waiting and now not replying to emails.

Since my post CDI have been in touch to discuss my case and as a gesture of goodwill refunded my costs.

Being a Soul Trader doesn't give me much time to chase money owed to me.. Had a phone call from these guys and thought why not I'll give them a try . Best decision, they have collected a few debts for me, a few i even thought were a lost cause. Leaves me more time to focus on getting new customers.

Collected a long outstanding debt that we had given up hope of ever being paid. I was sceptical at first but was very pleased when they came through and the dept was recovered in full.

I am a business in the west midlands. they rang me, offering their services. once they take that £500 payment, they are not interested after that. they promise you give stuff, but its all fake. I had to email them all the details 3 times over a space of 6 months because they could not find the information I sent them. first they blamed me saying i have not sent it. then i showed them the emails i sent.

they dont like to reply to emails when they realise you have clocked onto the scam. i have so much more to say, but it wont make a difference.

These guys are great !
They have collected a couple of large debts for me and are currently chasing another.
I feel a bit safer with these guys on my side !!

Promised the earth and delivered nothing in eight months. The reason was they did nothing !

Paid them upfront and was promised that they would manage the process quickly and needed nothing more from me. All false promises and they did not chase the debtor at all. My lawyer said it would be a big mistake and he was so right.

They will respond saying that I did not inform them of the deal. That is untrue as I did. As to dealing with it. They never did and, in fact, were unhelpful and unengaged all through the process. They are a Shambles, and more interestingly, I have had results after sacking them and talking directly to the debtor!
