Commerce Utilities Omdömen

Thomas comprehensively explained the procedure involved in moving water supplier and established useful cost savings. I knew I could reply on him from past recent experience in changing electricity supplier.
I feel most confident in using his services going forward and would therefore recommend him to other potential clients.

Superb - Efficient - Professional - Friendly !

The reassurance Thomas gave me throughout all of my business worries was priceless. I will never go through anyone else.

I was very impressed by Tom from commerce Utilities, very professional, very helpful .
Everything about commerce Utilities company was explained to me ,not pushing at all.
It was great having someone to source the best prices for me and understanding that i was afraid of trusting a company to do this service, but having read the reviews on trust pilot i decided to give it try ,after 30 years of sticking with the same company it was time for change!
Many thanks Tom for all your help .

We asked Commerce Utilities to have a look at our utility bills with a view to saving us some money. And indeed, they managed to conjour up a decent saving on our current water contract. Victoria is a lovely person, very friendly and easy to do business with and we have no hesitation in saying that we will be pleased to use her services again in the future.

Thomas has been such a great help and has endeavoured to get me refund for overcharging and sort out a lot of other issues regarding my utilities.
He really is a star and would recommend his services to anyone.
I have already recommended him to other hoteliers in the Torbay area.
Thank you Thomas for all your help.

Nothing but praise for this company.! Definitely 5 stars

This is the second time we have dealt with Thomas from Commerce Utilities and we've been very pleased with the outcome and his helpfulness. Saving money on our utilities for our village hall is made easy.

Tom at commercial utilities has been very helpful and I find using the company has been so much less stressful just having one company deal with all my utilities for my business.
I know I can trust them to help make savings for me and that is so important as I have had some bad experiences with a company previously . I couldn’t recommend their services highly enough. .

Victoria and Tom managed the whole process of looking at our current energy suppliers for our retail business across two different properties.

The whole process was really easy, once I had sent my bills across they came back to me with the best price solution, also making sure I was happy with the supplier(s) they could offer.

Over a three year period they were able to save me over £3000 on my gas and electricity bills.

All quotes were in writing and the whole process is really transparent with emails confirming the breakdowns before any agreement was signed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

What a pleasure dealing with Tom and the team, such a breath of fresh air to deal with people that do what they say they are going to do and that genuinely care about our needs as a business. The recommendations were spot on and we feel in safe hands. Hope you guys have a great Christmas you have made ours a little easier.

Easy process from start to finish. Tom and the team have a laid back approach with no hard sales but really informative. A lovely lady identified that we were over paying on our gas, Tom then went ahead and saved us over £400 PA. Thank you for helping us during such a hard time for businesses. Highly recommend to any business that hates cold calls and pushy tactics, this is not the case with commerce utilities!!

Commerce Utilities were very informative and made the process of finding a cheaper energy supplier easier.

great service , competitive prices and all sorted in no time totally hassle free. Highly recommended .

Victoria contacted us with a zero pressure approach. She was polite and helpful and didn’t bombard us with phone calls or emails. She has helped save our business a lot of money and so we will continue to use Commerce Utilities in the future. Highly recommended!
