Scammers, do not buy anything from this company
I ordered what I thought were pillows but received pillowcases. Okay, my error but when I tried to return these, I wasn’t allowed, all because they weren’t faulty. So now left with butterfly pillowcases which are no use whatsoever and out of pocket by £36

My friend and I took advantage of the BOGOF offer. I received mine first. I contacted the seller because the other one did not come. They were very helpful, acomodating and stayed in communication with me throughout the sale. The other blanket came yesterday, I was happy to report to them that it had been delivered. We love the blankets

I purchased two super king blankets
I purchased two super king blankets, light green pillow cases X 2 and a memory foam pillow. I received a eye mask, ear buds and a brilliant scrunchie that hold my thick long hair. The scrunchie was the best item!
My order took over 2 weeks to be delivered, I didn't receive the pillow in my order. I had to send pictures of what I ordered and the packaging emails back and forth. 13 emails later and another 2 weeks I received the pillow .
I have been so disappointed, I didn't find the blankets cooling at all. I actually found they warmed up and I would have to move as I got so warm. The pillow just absorbs the heat from your head even taking out the stuffing. The pillows are just normal pillow cases. No cooling effect, they don't feel any different to normal cases.
When I first tried the blankets and pillow, I thought it maybe because of the heat wave we were having as it was unusually hot in the uk.
To give it a fair try I've waited until it was cooler, 20/22c, I still found them too warm, a cotton sheet I personally find cooler.
I wouldn't recommend. I spent over £100 and don't think it's value for money, they feel slippy when on the bed and no doubt end up in the back of the cupboard.

Customer service and reviews of the company was overall positive. The product I received was very good for the price paid. The shipping was a little long but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Exceptional customer service and product
This customer service really stood out for me. When my order came in, the colour was wrong. I emailed the company about the wrong shipment and they responded to my email within a few hours. After providing a picture of the wrong coloured blankets and pillow cases that I received, the company rectified the problem immediately by shipping me the correct colour blanket and pillow cases. I also got to keep the wrong coloured blankets and pillow cases and didn’t have to worry about returning them!
The product comes as advertised. The colours match the pictures, the blankets do have the cooling effect, and they are indeed comfy!

butterfly cervical pillows
I bought 2 butterfly cervical pillows, one for myself and other for my husband;
he has definitely felt an improvement in his breathing and sleep immediately;
I can feel how comfortable my body posture is while lying down using my pillow; I managed to get buy one get one free offer which made my purchase more affordable and I got a sleep mask included with the purchase.

The blankets are such good quality; they are soft and so cool for summer and don’t make you overheat! I will say to check the measurements before you order because they are different to standard sizing; the team are so helpful and replied to me so quickly!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I received my cooling blankets and pillowcase case and they are nothing like they are described on the website. The pillowcase is just a plain pillowcase and the blankets are cheap polyester that made me sweat. I contacted the company to voice my dissatisfaction. After emailing back and forth for over 12 hours they promised to issue a refund, only after I agreed to take down my original review. I removed my review, they issued a refund and sent an email confirming this. I then received a second email canceling the refund. I reached out to them again asking why the refund was canceled and they lied again claiming it was not. I told them I received an email from them stating it was and my bank records reflect this. I checked my bank statement several times during this process,the refunded amount appeared pending then disappeared. Not only are the products terrible, the company is dishonest and lacks integrity. I have wasted more time than necessary on this matter. I have now conacted the bank to have them deal with a refund. The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare

I would definitely recommend the memory foam butterfly pillows, best pillows we’ve had in years.

I'm thrilled with my blanket it's absolutely brilliant in the hot weather. I put it over me when I watch tele and over me at night. Lovely material. Customer service was first class would highly recommend this company. They keep you updated and you can contact them and they respond. Excellent 10/10
