Comfort Crafted Great Service Great Products

Comfort Crafted were brilliant with my order, great price and excellent customer service, there delivery driver Ahsan was great, kept us informed of his arrival, and was friendly and polite, would recommend this company if you need a mattress or bed. Will be using them again in the future.

Amazing customer service and great products! 100% recommend

I recently moved houses and was looking for beds online when I came across Comfort Crafted, and I’m so glad I did! I was skeptical at first as I’ve never made a big purchase online before but the team at Comfort Crafted exceeded my expectations! I’m so happy with my purchase and their customer service was exceptional with fast replies and answers all of my queries! Would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Obviously not a sincere organisation

When we asked why they were being dishonest, they cut off all communication . We have records available for inspection. Do not deal. We suspect fake people are involved, they did not answer that accusation.

In the following "boilerplate " reply "Mark" did not even bother to fill in the contact details in the space provided. !!! We have had countless examples of ridiculous offers from fake accounts on facebook , each batch purporting to come from a different specific city in UK.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! Huge recommendations!! Always replies to the messages if you have any questions you always will get an answer. Delivery was on time.
Quality of bed is amazing!!
Could not be happier. Definitely recommend to friends and family plus we definitely will buy guest's Beds for our house there.
