Doesn't look like my shirt was completed. The stitching was terrible. Parts of the backing were just hanging and not trimmed. Stitching was pulling out everywhere. Looks nice from a distance but the quality of the stitching and attention to detail is very bad. I'm not even sure if I can wear it. I ordered an extra large and received a large instead. Very disappointed.

I didn't get what I paid for, I ordered 2 jackets and only received one

The people were very great to keep me updated on order. The product was well made.

First order was lost. Still haven't received shirt.

We received the shirts quickly and when we had a problem with an extra shirt we ordered, the company responded to our email within minutes and took care of the problem replacing the shirt. Wow. We have received lots of compliments on the design and quality of our shirts. They also were sized true to fit.

I sincerely adore this product! It's heavy in the best way and feels weighted (it isn't) which is like having a warm hug. The length is great and I love to curl up with it on the couch. It printing image quality is spot on and it hasn't been harmed by being washed

Product was never delivered. Was told unable to deliver even though it was to a house. Was also told I’d be receiving a refund since it wasn’t delivered, still hasn’t happened.

basically as advertised, but with weird coloring. i got the mob psycho one, and the whole thing is pink, but the pattern on the hood and the body are different colors, though they were meant to be the same. hood has a blue pattern, body has a deep purple. it's really big, soft, and warm, though, and i like the cuffs for the arms

Awful. You send me the wrong product. After confirming that you sent the wrong product. You promised to ship the correct product that I ordered. It’s been 3 weeks since the last email and I haven’t received a new confirmation number or any update on what is going on. Please fix this ASAP
