My hot tub control panel stopped working. Call to there aftercare team was well worth it. I explained what had happened, the lad on the phone was so helpful. Not like some companies where they would send an engineer charge a fortune for a quick fix. He asked me to change plug and fuse, that didn’t work. Then he talked me through how to take side panel of, and talk me through the electrical panel. A few turns of a screw driver job done. Tub working again. Sounds like it would be a difficult job but team were so good, and it was very easy following there guidance. Saved a fortune, and team vey knowledgeable, safe in there hands. Was a pleasure to make the call

Very poor service
I bought and paid for a new hot tub cover in May. It did not get delivered until December!
The hot tub cover was said to be on a container ship which got stuck in the Red Sea.
When it finally arrived in their warehouse they lost it and had to get another one.
They then were chaotic in getting it delivered. Their tracking device did not work. The delivery driver did not call before arriving at my house and when he arrived I was not there. They would only leave it outside my house. They then charged me for a redelivery. There was no apology for their poor service. I will never deal with this company again. They have no idea about customer service. Avoid in my opinion.

Warranty not fit for purpose. If you have any problems or need a part their tech team just say it’s down to chemical damage. a pump should last 7-10 years. The warranty they give is not fit for purpose. When you call to complain they then say you have to log it your self on the site as they don’t enjoy being spoken to in a certain manner. They just then Keep repeating it’s the ph levels it’s chemical damage it bla bla but we can get an engineer out for £150 and £299 for a part you can buy for £230. Every time we’ve had an issue they will not replace a part and just keep saying the same thing.

The email back from the advisor also stated This leak is caused by the wet end seal degrading in the pump, this happens when the water has become acidic for a period, unfortunately it doesn’t take much of a drop and for particularly long for this to happen. We would advise replacing the pump, as this is chemical damage unfortunately its not covered by the warranty,

So if it doesn't take much more than a drop then it’s been excluded from the warranty knowing this is going to happen.

So for a pump that should last 7-10 years and a hot tub that’s been maintained correctly. The pump is 28 days from the end of the 2 year warranty but apparently from the videos sent it’s the chemical levels.

Why sell hot tubs if you know not more than a drop could affect the pump! The pump is also leaking and humming.

So the pump and your warranty are both not fit for purpose. Awful company and customer service has been dreadful.

Service from Combined Shipping was spot on, from start to finish. Clear advice, Very Good price and top company to deal with. The only thing i had issue with was the start up information i thought could have been better but as soon as i contacted Nathan on the help desk I got questions answered straight away, it was a pleasure dealing with someone so competent, Great service. Highly recommended!

The Amethyst tub arrived on the day I was told it would arrive. The guys delivering couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately, I had a small problem as the tub wouldn't heat up. They got an engineer out a few days later who soon diagnosed the fault and had it running in no time. It's one of the best things I've ever bought.

Ordered a new cover for our Harmony Plus Hot Tub in September, the payment of £349 was taken from our bank on the 18th September but when I called last week (2nd time I'd called) was told that it might come the middle of next month (ie December 2023)but they didn't really have a clue when we might get. This service is simply not good enough. If I knew anywhere else that sold these covers I would cancel my order with Combined Shipping.
It is a shame as previously I have found them very good and helpful
7/12/23 We are still waiting for our cover and have had no correspondence or apology from them or explanation for the delay
9/1/24 STILL waiting for our cover, it was supposed to be on its way but still not heard anything, I can barely lift our old cover as it has got so heavy

Before we ordered Hannah was on hand to answer any questions and queries and there were plenty of them. We ordered the hot tube due to the level of service at this point.. after we ordered there was some confusion about updated about delivery as we hadn't recieved any emails however this was resolved quickly and professionally by Becky.. the delivery service was brilliant Matt and woody very pleasant and efficient. Overall extremely please with our purchase and would highly recommend combined Shipping for your hot tube purchase.

Service from Combined Shipping was top drawer, from initial phone call until our hot tub was in position. Clear advice, sensibly price and top notch delivery guys. I live 500 miles from combined shipping but that made no odds. Great service. Highly recommended!

I never had any previous experience with installing or maintaining a hot tub. I chose to purchase a tub from Combined Shipping mainly because it was best price I could find, and they were extremely helpful in selecting what options were necessary for me.
We scheduled a convenient delivery date to allow me to get area ready. I poured a concrete slab, stripped the forms the next day and they were there a few minutes later. Super friendly team unloaded, slid the tub across my yard, unpacked it and moved into place, all in about 15 min!
They also helped me with many after delivery questions I had about wiring, installing cover lifter, filling and chemical maintenance. All still good after almost 2 months.

Brilliant service from order to installation. The lads that brought were amazing as they had to bring it through the house, we took our doors off but was a tight squeeze.
