The agent Reina took her time explaining everything, she did not force me to buy into this. Some agents do, they kind of pressure you but she did not and I appreciate that! She answered all my questions, this tells me she is very versed in the business!

Awesome representative
The representative was very great in letting me know that i needed to continue getting the paperwork/emails signed or it would have to be redone. She checked in regularly to ensure that we were doing ok in getting everything filled out. If she wasn't sure about something she checked with someone else to ensure she was giving clear instructions.
