Great product let down by after sale service
Couldn't speak highly enough of consultation, delivery service and quality of product.
I'll always judge companies more so on their after sale service and sadly Colourtrend were a let down here.
Had spent almost €1000 on product and made a mistake ordering a Ceramic Matt instead of Gloss on one tin of paint. Totally mea culpa and happy to own that mistake but hoped something could be done given large original purchase.
Flagged with Colourtrend online and after three days, got a one line sentence saying nothing could be done. A pity on this as experience prior was excellent.

Colortrend is the way to go ...
I was a painting contractor for many years and have used every paint known to man some great and some not so great but the day I came across colortrend paints I never ever looked back it's the most amazing product you will ever put your hands on , not only does it look a great finish but it also protects your walls and your woodwork by creating an outer shell when it cures after 7 days , I changed careers 14 years ago and became a Barber but I always give advice on paints and colour consultations to my clients and highly recommend colortrend everytime . I am currently doing redecorating my house and would use nothing less . I was introduced to colourtrend during COVID when I had the time to redecorate my house, since then I haven't used any other paint. Painted the kitchen cabinets, bedroom walls, and indoor and outdoor doors highly recommended

Box must have fallen in transition. Lid was lifted and some paint spilled out into the bubble wrap and box. Not too much lost and colour is lovely 👍
