Trustworthy and good customer service
I have ordered from ColourFelt a few times now (and will definitely be ordering again in the future).
On my last order I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes(!). After a quick call though I got put through to Julie (hope I remembered her name correctly) who was able to help me within minutes.
I would recommend regular felt purchasers to order ColourFelts SWATCH CHARTS as they definitely help. (The colour depiction on ColourFelts website is the only thing that could be improved slightly)
