I am quite satisfied with the cooperation so far. Unfortunately I am forced to look for other suppliers because the shipping costs are high. This is a bit annoying because Greece is classified as having special shipping costs while neighboring Bulgaria has different prices.

Great to be able to buy RAL sample chart. Arrived safe but shipping was quite slow and relatively expensive compared to the cost and size of the item. Happy to have found somewhere to order it from though

I'm old school, from a time when companies would set certain expectations and deliver accordingly, and I appreciate it when I buy something from someone who cares about doing a good job.

Sometimes we take for granted the value and peace of mind of dealing with a competent retailer and it's only fair to show some appreciation for a job well done; especially in these times when we as customers have to beg for decent treatment, as if these online stores were doing us a favor when in many cases they just take our money and waste our time. Not at all the case here. These guys are a solid 5/5 in my book.

Sensible pricing, timely delivery, no nonsense approach, customer support free of platitudes, they value your time and their own, straight to the point service and pleasantly thorough packaging and care of the products. I could go on and on; but you get the point: this shop can be trusted.
