There was a delivery problem, but it was solved by the company. So I’m happy to deal with these people

They canceled my order without proper notice, gave contradictory answers through customer support, and wasted nearly a month of my time. I contacted them asking to cancel — only then did they claim I had "missed a VAT number."

That’s nonsense — I am a private individual, not a company or self-employed. How would I even have a VAT number? I never received any such email either.

So in the end, I waited weeks for a product that was never actually going to arrive. This entire process was frustrating and unprofessional.

Looking through other 1-star reviews now, I realize this is not an isolated case.

Very good service- but delivery time has been very slow, suppose the delay is with the shipping company.

I ordered Awagami Kozo Thick White (A4) from Spain and everything went perfectly. The paper arrived well protected, in perfect condition, and much faster than I expected. I also really appreciated the fact that they included two extra sheets for testing — a thoughtful and generous gesture.

Customer support was responsive and confirmed that the stock was available in Europe, which helped me make an informed decision.

Very happy with the service and will definitely order again. Highly recommended for fine art and inkjet paper buyers in the EU.

I placed my order with Graafinen-Verkkokauppa on June 22nd, and it didn’t arrive until July 2nd. That’s ten full days. In 2025, I expect faster turnaround times from any online store – especially one operating within Europe.

First of all, it took four days before the store even handed the package over to GLS. Not great, but fine — things can take time. But then GLS took over, and that’s when things really slowed down. Watching the tracking info felt like reading a travel diary from a lost parcel. Denmark this, Denmark that, and then somewhere in Finland — all at glacial speed.

The tracking was oddly detailed, but also frustrating to follow. Every update felt like another reminder of how slowly things were progressing.

To be fair: the items I ordered were as expected and in good condition. No complaints about the products themselves. But if you’re expecting anything resembling fast service, you’re probably going to be disappointed. This isn’t a case of next-day delivery – it’s more like "whenever we get around to it."

If you’re in no rush and don’t mind waiting over a week for your order to be processed and delivered, then this shop might work for you. As for me, I’ll think twice before ordering here again.

Excellente société qui offre des produits de marques à des prix imbattables. Les papiers Haenemuhle, Canson et Canon tout particulièrement.
Il y a cependnant toujours moyen de faire mieux, par exemple sur la protection des emballages : cela fait deux fois que je trouve une boite de papiers (A3 et A2) avec un coin abimé, dont une fois suffisamment pour que toutes les feuilles aient un coin abimé aussi. Les étuis de papiers étant lours, ils devraient être mieux callés dans la boite.

While everyone makes mistakes, this company refuses to take responsibility for theirs. In my case, they claimed I was lying about missing parts in my order, even though it was clearly their error. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, they tried to charge me for their mistake. The problem was only resolved after legal pressure.

Although they eventually fixed the error, their lack of professionalism and accountability makes them an unreliable choice.

Definitely not ordering with them again.
