Great broker
Colmex Pro was recommended to m as good and properly regulated broker. After about two months of use I can only say good thing about them. At first you need to get a little into the software, but once you´re in it, it´s great to use, has many stocks to trade and fair pricing. My customer service contact is very reactive in case of needs and proactively aking if he can help, without being intrusive. I would definitely choose Them again.

Poor service, lots of spam, high commissions
Opened an account in order to trade on MetaTrader platform with trading bot. Since my registration I have received calls/emails almost every day. I spoke with many persons/managers, clearly explained my purposes, signed tons of documents. Finally I deposited 2k USD to my account. As soon as my first trade was made, I suddenly received a message from my manager saying that trading using a bot was not allowed on my account. So I had to withdraw the funds back and ColmexPro deducted 40 USD as the transaction fee... After some time I made a review on TrustPilot about my situation and got another call from the company's representative, who says that they will cover this 40 USD commission if I remove the review from TrustPilot. Ok, I did this almost month ago and still haven't received even a cent. So I write this review once again. Thanks everyone for attention)

Upon reviewing your account history and the terms of our promotion, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the conditions of your account. When you initially joined Colmex Pro, you were extended the benefit of receiving a complimentary AMZN stock as part of a promotional offer. Our records indicate that during the onboarding process, you were clearly informed of the terms associated with this promotion, which included maintaining an active trading account with us for a specified duration.
Additionally, it was explicitly communicated to you that the use of automated trading bots on our platform is prohibited. Regrettably, our investigation revealed that this policy was violated, resulting in the restriction of trading privileges on your account.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we kindly requested the return of the promotional stock provided to you. It's important to clarify that this stock was not a giveaway but rather a promotional incentive subject to specific terms.
In an effort to amicably resolve the situation, we extended a gesture of goodwill by compensating you with $40 in addition to $150 as the assessed value of the promotional stock. Despite these efforts, we understand that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.

Es lo mismo que Tradenet.. es del mismo estafador Meir Barak. No pierdan su dinero en esta estafa. Al depositar te "fondean" con dinero falso y nunca te pagan.
