After 51 days in limbo, I finally won my claim against CollectorsCorner.Online and got my money refunded.

It took a while, but it’s finally resolved and I am glad that’s behind me.

Do not be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews here. This site is a complete scam. I, like many others, placed an order, paid in full, and received absolutely nothing. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no product.

They pretend to run a legitimate business, but they are not fulfilling orders, and they are not responding to any messages.

I tried multiple times to contact them and got no reply. Their listed phone numbers go nowhere, and their customer service emails are useless.

They have wiped their social media to avoid backlash from other victims. That is not what a real company does.

If you are considering buying from CollectorsCorner.Online, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This site is set up to take your money and disappear.

Let me be absolutely clear: this is a scam.

I placed an order with CollectorsCorner.Online and never received it. After weeks of silence, it is obvious this company is taking people’s money and providing nothing in return.

I tried to contact them through every email listed on their website:

All of these are dead ends. No response. No support. Nothing. The phone numbers listed are also fake. These are spoofed numbers with no actual support behind them.

The positive reviews on Trustpilot are clearly fake, posted to create false credibility. They even removed all photos from their Facebook page because people kept messaging and commenting about being scammed.

I have reported them to Shopify, the FTC, and multiple consumer protection agencies. I am posting this review to warn others.

CollectorsCorner.Online is running a dishonest operation. They know exactly what they are doing, scamming customers and disappearing.

Save yourself the frustration and the loss. Do not order from this site.

Fake company. Don't purchase from here. Still haven't received confirmation of delivery, let alone goods.

Several customers, including myself, are pursuing legal action due to the company’s pattern of accepting payments without delivering the promised products. They have falsified shipping documentation and provided misleading or false information in response to chargeback disputes, which may constitute chargeback fraud. This behavior demonstrates a clear intent to deceive both customers and financial institutions. Proceed with extreme caution.
