Awful, They say on their side that the customs fees are added to the checkout, but this is not the case, I still have to transfer heaps of money because of sending back, cheekiness

Hi Sen, sorry for your experience. Customs charges can vary by country and are sometimes affected by the destination, courier process, and changing government regulations (EU in this particular case), so we do our best to update accordingly and show them at checkout where possible.
