I have had a great experience with them I’ve purchased two strike packs from the company and when I had problems with the device like port issues etc they sent me a brand new one free they appreciate their customers and show the proof as well
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, duno how people can rate good them !? Received faulty product , spent 1 h with chat to try fix it but no joy and they always try refuse return and blame my 2 laptops.

Bought a strike pack, did what I bought it for but after 3 months there became a problem with the connection and port.I contacted support and after trying all there solutions we resolved it was a problem with the strike pack. I was out of warranty but support were extremely helpful and sent me a brand new one for no added cost.Honestly can’t praise the support system enough, if u have a genuine problem they are great.
Chargeback
Did a chargeback because of no updates after 2 weeks of returning their faulty product. Get an update the day after the chargeback then be unnecessarily harassed over email.

Awful company
I bought a strikepack horizon and updated it and connected it to the app and after about 10 minutes the strikepack stopped working, I emailed the company and had no replies for over a week. I then sent it back with a note, order receipt and item asking for a working replacement or a refund if a replacement was not possible. I then waited another week from when my tracked package was delivered and signed for and still heard nothing so I called the company and my calls were declined within the working hours of the company. Product is a waste of money didn’t only pay for the item which did not work but also to have it sent back. Customer service is also awful has been over 2 weeks without any communication.

It says go to live chat there is no live chat. I've tried to fix this stuff myself I can't. Honestly I would just stick with a nodded controller. I just can't believe how bad it is. You used to be able to call and talk to somebody. Now you can't even do that. That's when I thought about buying it a long time ago. I bought the Horizon Vista Strikepack for PS5. When it arrived It didn’t even work!!! I asked for a refund they sent me the adress. I thought I was going to get my money back but instead the package said it was unable to be returned. Terrible company do not buy from!

That’s when you can definitely expect a response from them!!
Not reliable people and very bad customer service
Ordered the Horizon Strike Pack from them. The product never arrived. Reached out to customer support. They dont know anything. Asked for a refund and they didnt even reply. Till this day March 2024 i didnt get no Info about my product or my money back.

I ordered the drivehub, it came in just one week!
I had a little problems, and the support help me all the way through! Amazing experience.
AVOID like the plague.Terrible in ALL ways
Honestly it blows my mind that a company can be so consistently poor across the board as these are.
Lets go through it
1) They sell products that come with no instructions (Co-Pilot) and arent even any on the web to get because they couldnt be bothered to write any.
2) Those that DO have instructions (Drivehub) are so woefully out of date that they talk about features (having 2 modes) that they've long got rid of but cant be bothered to update their documentation or videos to reflect.
3) This leaves you in the hands of technical support - if you try their online chat system they tell you they dont do technical support and you have to email them.
So you email them and you get some donut at the other end who cant be bothered to read all your questions and sends you a 1 line answer to 1 out of your 5 or 6 questions - it's like pulling teeth.
4) The products dont do what they say they should, so you decide to return them, only they then wont bother replying to your fb messages or emails telling you how to return the product. You try their chat system and youre told they dont handle returns - so they dont handle returns, they dont handle presale info on their products and they dont handle technical support - what DO they handle??
Eventually you get a reply from orders telling you they dont handle returns but to use technical support - see above about how useless they are.
Save yourself a LOT of headache and avoid this useless bunch at all costs cos they sure as hell dont care about their products or their customers.
I'll be using Barclaycard to chargeback and get my money back that way
False Promises
I had purchased a product from this company and after 3 months of use, one of the buttons was sticking. I reached out to the Customer Support team and they responded promptly, promising me a replacement will be shipped out if I could provide order confirmation for the original device (they require a confirmation to check the purchase date to see if it is under warranty).
My product was within the warranty period, meaning I would qualify for a free replacement. The Customer Service agent assured me that a replacement would be sent out. However, I heard nothing back regarding this, and I reached out to them 2 weeks later. I received a response notifying me that they were out of stock and I would have to wait a bit longer for delivery. That was understandable, I'm not an impatient person.
It has now been 8 months since that promise was given to me, and I have received no following emails or updates with regards to my case. I'm assuming they no longer care since I am now outside of warranty due to the delays on their end. I have no hopes of receiving a replacement device, nor should I have to chase up Customer Support for updates.
2/5 stars given for product itself; it works as intended, aside from the fault.
