It's simply lactase, not sure why it's so overpriced.

My baby get very sick after this drops 😵‍💫🤯

It's great for colics, I have used it with 4 boys before when they had an upset tummy but now I really see its benefit with my little girl who really have colics and crying a lot, 10-15 after I give her 4 drops of colief and breastfeed her, she farts a lot and most of the time passes poo, then she calms down for a few hours as well so it does help
