Cold Brew Club Omdömen 

Very interesting coffee, arrived fresh. Has a distinct nutty taste, a little sour, but without leaving an acidic aftertaste!

I really do enjoy cold brew, and I found that the cold brew I received with the three-month subscription was quite tasty and had a generous amount of cold brew with each order.

But I would much rather order cold brew from different vendors than with Cold Brew Co.

Cold Brew Co. charged my card for ANOTHER three-month subscription after my original subscription had ended without any notice that they would be doing so. Each three-month subscription is $169.00 so it is quite a bit of money. It took several emails and messages to their Facebook page to get a response that there would be a refund. The refund was supposed to be processed at the beginning of December, but it is now the end of the December and I have still not received anything.

I've asked for my account and card information to be deleted but still haven't heard from them at all.

In fact, I logged into my account to see if there had been any activity, and it looks like there's another weird dummy/stand-in charge!

Again, I really did enjoy the cold brew, but this is completely unacceptable, and a very certain way to lose a customer. I am so tired of dealing with this company, and I highly HIGHLY recommend looking for cold brew elsewhere.

Update (1/3/2021):
I was able to finally get a refund. If you're having issues, you should contact support @ coldbrewclub.co. In my opinion, this whole experience was not worth the hassle. Cold Brew Co. shouldn't be using your information to charge you for something you did not indicate that you wanted to purchase. I'm glad they got it fixed, and I hope they work out the kinks of their business.

Nothing beats this cup of brewed coffee early in the morning. A friend recommended this to me and I was hesitant at first. But when I tried their coffee, I never looked back! I really love their coffee concentrate for it was so easy to prepare and it was so flavorful. The smell of their brewed mix gets me going and ready me to face the day ahead!

Fast delivery. Great packaging. Delicious coffee!

We didn't particular like the coffee but I am willing to chalk that up to personal taste. The packaging was biodegradable and many other people seem to like the coffee.

After some initial difficulties contacting the company, we were able to get a hold of their customer service. They were helpful and eventually issued a refund. So it is probably worth giving it a shot.

Great tasting cold brew that totally exceeded my expectations! Every month was so tasty! There was also something very satisfying about making my own cold brew at home vs buying Starbucks (and lighting a $5bill/the environment on fire) every time. The concentrate to water ratio didn't take long to get the hang of and I enjoyed experimenting with my own fun twists on weekends. I also LOVED how environmentally friendly the packaging was... biodegradable foam and ice packs? So cool! Not to mention I was able to repurpose the ice packs all summer long keeping our cooler cold.

This was something quite new to me but after a few tries it started growing on me and now I can't be without it!

I actually joined through a games offer wall and never heard of this company before but I only drink iced coffee, mostly cold brew. I Have to agree with the review about it before my somewhat bitter and acidic which is a big part of cold brew vs regular brew, as it should less so. Mine did not arrive warm at all so a temp change did not have affect it. Also I have the same thing as another review with a lot of partials floating around that look the way tea leaves do if a bag rips and the dried up tea leaves are in your drink and not like coffee grounds so that def threw me off. It did seem pretty strong but I drink too much for this to be affordable at the regular price of $60 a month or whatever it is. I’ll continue making my own at home for a fraction of the price as it is very easy just takes letting it sit and starting some before that’s gone and you will have a continuous supply

I thought I’d give cold brew club a try not really knowing what to expect. I have to say, I was really impressed. The flavor rivals any other cold brew I’ve purchased from a coffee shop. Smooth and delicious!

There is nothing worse than a company that does not prioritize customer service. No phone number to call, and they never answer emails. On top of that, you have to beg a bot to connect you to a human on their website if you do choose to live chat. I’ve been waiting a week for a refund that was never supposed to be charged, and have sent countless emails, with not one response.

UPDATE: Customer service team only responded to my multiple requests for updates on my refund when they saw my public review of their lackluster customer service (see the rep’s snide response to the review below acknowledging they saw my requests over the course of days and didn’t respond until I got testy). This isn’t a company you want to work with for personalized service. Also, when the refund finally came, they returned less than half of what I was owed and my bank had to intervene, as they continued to ignore and not correspond.

They also attempted to flag this review when it in no way violates any guidelines. They clearly try to remove reviews that make them look bad, even if they’re 100% true.

Great coffee!

This came to me very quickly and I've been hooked since, very convenient and tasty coffee I can make from home. Used to buy it everyday but this is way cheaper!

Amazing experience with product, delivery, and service! Delicious cold brew and such easy dispensing containers for the frig. The packaging was gorgeous and so eco-friendly. I also really appreciated how communicative the service was and genuinely appreciative of my business. Such a great company! Glad I joined! :)

Cold brew arrived hot. I recommend faster delivery directly to your door.

Good quantity with convenient packaging. Love being able to have at home.

Cold brew was bitter & acidic. Should be dark, strong, smooth and less acidic if brewed cold & slow.

I will try again and see if next experience is the see.

The flavor of the cold brew is great. The reason it's only 3 stars is because there's a lot of strange little particles floating in the cold brew and that's quite disconcerting.

I'm usually pretty picky about coffee. I like it a very specific way, but I was extremely impressed with Cold Brew Club's coffee. It's super simple to just pour out some of the concentrate and mix in my own additives (I use almond milk and ice!), and it definitely went above my expectations for flavour.

The only problem is I've left it in the refrigerator where the rest of my family can access it... and now they're hooked too!

Definitely going to need to get more. We love it in my household!

This cold brew packs a punch! Wow, will it wake you up! The flavor is amazing and it makes a wonderful iced latte. Would definitely order more!

I opened the package and went "Whoa, that's a big bag of brew." And when I tried it, I was very thankful it was such a big bag. This is one strong good quality concentrate.
