The team were totally amazing from start to finish, so professional and empathetic. They made the whole experience so easy at such a traumatic time, we had issues with the realise of my dads body, no pressure at all. Thank you so much for your professionalism at this time of sorrow. From the first phone call that I had to make to them after loosing my beloved partner. They have been so trusting and understanding, and keeping me upto date with all that they were doing. Then receiving my partners ashes, they did it so lovely and very dignified. I would use these people again, if I had to with no regret at all, they have been wonderful.

My wife and I have recently purchased funeral plans to save our children the heartache and expense. Thankfully we've not had any experience of the service on offer other than the purchasing process which was smooth and straightforward.
I have no idea where my remains will be taken come the day but I'm assured it will be somewhere very hot.

I purchased 2 policies for my wife and myself. The whole process was easy. The only observation I would make is it would be as a couple nice to have completed just one form and then issued two certificates.

Thankfully we haven't had to use either yet. We paid £1450 for each, the cheapest at the time of all other policies.

The whole process from start to finish was really smooth and the staff were really lovely and kept me informed of every step of the process and handled each call with compassion and patients and made me feel listened to.They looked after my lovely mom with care and for that I would highly recommend anyone thinking of going down the cremation only road that celebration of life is the one to choose. A* in my book.

I chose Celebration of Life over another popular funeral service, who were quite pushy in wanting me to sign up almost before I'd had time to consider their services and hadn't even put down the phone.
Celebration of Life were easy to talk to and certainly explained all my needs, explaining in simple terms what they provided and how they could accommodate my needs. So incredibly professional and absolutely with me all the way from handling the collection of my beloved husband to bringing him back home. My husband was an organ donor and they arranged everything from form filling to keeping me up to date with the procedure. Loosing someone special is difficult enough without having to then make arrangements for cremation. Following his death, I was able to return home and not have any concerns or worries about what I needed to do next. Everything and I mean everything, was taken care of. I was contacted by telephone and messaged by this company's amazing staff throughout. They are so courteous and caring, just wonderful. If you find yourself in need of a creation, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how thoughtful and caring Celebration of Life are. Besides my very many thanks, I'd also like to say how affordable this company is. Thank you again for helping my loss a whole lot easier.
