My experience with Coinzilla was not…
My experience with Coinzilla was not good.
There is a person named Narcis. I do not know why Coinzilla hired him. He looks very unprofessional.
Recently, I applied my website to Coinzilla, but it was rejected. The reason was strange. The tool they use to check traffic was not updated, so it was showing wrong data about my website.
I asked Narics to check Google Analytics and verify my real traffic. I clearly said he can check it for as many days as he wants.
But his reply was: “Apply again after 2 weeks.”
This does not make sense.
It feels like he is either not serious about publishers or pushing good publishers away from the platform.
My website has high-quality and engaged traffic, but still no proper verification was done.
Coinzilla really needs to improve their publisher review process and support quality website owners in a professional way.

Our publisher review process follows clear criteria, including a minimum traffic requirement, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. In this case, the website did not meet the required traffic threshold at the time of application. The decision was based on traffic volume, not on content quality.
We use industry-standard tools to evaluate traffic in order to maintain high quality and consistency across our platform. Advising applicants to reapply after a certain period is part of our standard procedure when minimum requirements are not yet met.
Regarding the review request, submitting another review on the same day does not affect the evaluation process or the decision. All applications are assessed equally, and our standards remain consistent for all publishers.
We aim to maintain a high standard within the industry and to work with publishers who meet our platform requirements.
We encourage you to reapply once your website meets the minimum traffic conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Even if your site has good traffic and design, Coinzilla is currently not accepting faucet sites. When you contact them, they simply reply that they are not working with faucet-related websites at this time — no matter how good your website is.
I have also applied with my website, which has decent traffic, but still received no positive response from their team.
I’m sharing this to save others time and effort.

Repeated KYC Requests and Poor Transparency
I’ve been using Coinzilla for a while, but my experience has been disappointing. After completing the KYC process once, I was asked to do it again to access my earnings. This is frustrating and unnecessary, especially since their Terms of Service do not state that repeated KYC verifications are required or that payments can be withheld.
Other platforms, like Bitmedia, do not impose such burdens and offer much better earnings for publishers. Coinzilla's payouts are already quite low, and this extra hassle makes it not worth the effort.
I’ve since removed Coinzilla ads from my website and will not be using their services anymore. If you value clear policies and respect for your time, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Stole our balance
We tried to work with these thieves and discovered their traffic to be absolutely terrible, completely overpriced with incredibly low CPM's.
I was paying around 11 dollars per click.
No problem, we will just get a refund for our measly 450 euro balance. Wrong, these thieves will not give us our unspent balance back.
They will give you back your balance if you breach their terms and they cancel your account (as required by law), but for some reason they won't do it for a normal customer? Other crypto exchange aads.com gave us back our unspent balance with no problem and we had a good experience and will use them again.
Beware of Coinzilla, these guys are thieves both with their actual traffic source (which appears to be FILLED with bots) and with the way they decide to steal your money once you make a deposit and realize their traffic is a complete scam.
Make a deposit thinking you are going to have a good experience, realize immediately that the traffic source is a scam and stop your campaign, try to recover your funds and they basically tell you to screw off.

During that time, our partnership has been great. Of course, there have been some "situations" every now and then, but I guess those are unavoidable when working with 3rd party clients. A difficult advertising network to work…
A difficult advertising network to work with, as an advertiser the last thing you want is for a support team that sends you scripted responses and makes it harder to advertise with them. Sadly Coinzilla is not for everyone. Their team isn't just competent enough.
In response to your reply: you have an incompetent team performing the reviews. The project I submitted for review complies with all the FTC requirements, plus is backed by money back guarantee. Unlike projects where money once spent is lost. Your team operates blindly and doesn't really get into the details as you claim. Simply put, they are incompetent.
