UPDATE: I played at Coinsgame for over two years. During that time I had an account and Stacy - my VIP manager was informed that I wanted to close my account due to gambling addiction - which she did.

Nevertheless, my VIP manager Stacy provided me with a lot of bonuses for over 13 months even with the second account and made sure that I continued to play - self-exclusion never worked for me - it always said the link was no longer active - so no chance to close the account myself - the support never did anything - only referred to Stacy.
During a period of self exclusion I open two other accounts with not correct datas- Stacy contacted me if the account (because of the same IP Adress) belongs to me- and kindly remind me to hold only one account- then I ended her the names of the account and she closed it.
