Worst Courier Service Ever
Ordered items from Amazon AU and Amazon state they would be delivered 10th May by CodExpress. Items didn't arrive and tracking shows attempted delivery in Queanbeyan but order is addressed to Wodonga.
Have tried contacting CodExpress on both their Melbourne & Sydney contact numbers with both calls on hold music for well over 30minutes.
Worst courier service company ever dealt with and we deal with multiple orders every single day.
Seems many other people have had similar bad experiences.
Avoid this useless company at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I would. 2 different deliveries in a week were left in an unsafe location, on the curb. The website is poor condition and practically non existent, no info is available there. When I finally found a phone number to contact them, they are dismissive of any concerns. The incompetence is unbelievable. zero farqs were given.

I bought some jars on Amazon and CODExpress claimed it was delivered at 1.02 pm on 25 March 2025. However I was home at the time and no parcel was received. I have sent a note to Amazon asking where my parcel is as there is no contact number for CODExpress. If the parcel does not turn up by tomorrow, the only option I have is to contact my bank and dispute the transaction with AMAZON. If I could rate this experience as ZERO, I would.

Courier keeps leaving parcels wrongâŠ
Courier keeps leaving parcels wrong side of house. Have contacted by phone to codexpress to explain parcels to be left at the main entrance door other side of house where driveway is. Told they couldn't do this as don't know which courier is delivering. Surely codexpress use some sort of consignment note where instructions. Today a heavy parcel was left couldn't lift it had to slide it on lawnmower to take around other side of house and leave it in the garage. Now I have to find someone to help get it into the house.
They didn't deliver any of the expensive items
Ordered some expensive items from Amazon and got emails saying the items were all delivered yet they were nowhere in site. I walked around the neighbourhood but no parcels were visible anywhere else. I contacted Amazon to find the number for COD Express and the person I spoke to sent me a photo of the door and surroundings which was not at all like any in my area. I had to contact Amazon and go through each of the six order numbers to get a refund. I was told customers can't chose which courier is used which makes future orders an issue if they are going to work with COD Express.
So terribly rude
So terribly rude. Receiver hung up on me when I was asking about my undelivered parcel and providing more information about how to deliver.
Abysmally Bad
My Amazon package (a mini PC) was scheduled to be delivered by 10pm on Feb 7. Amazon then advised it would be late and that I could claim a refund if it doesn't arrive by Feb 12.
As of today (Feb 10), I have no idea where my package is. CODexpress tracking is useless: it's horribly slow and the only entry shows pickup mid-day on Feb 7.
This is my first experience of Amazon failing to meet a delivery promise. I won't be buying more high value items from it while CODexpress remains a delivery partner.
Amazon used this COD express
Amazon used this COD express, and they emailed me saying delivered, but I never received the stuff. And I rang COD they said they have delivered to 700 sth but I wrote 800sth which is very far away from the address I am written. Once they found out the mistake, they said there is no solution and no update about the redeliver, and they are very rude and hang up on me without any symptoms and apologize.

COD Express are dodgy operators, their contact site, code.hub.systems, from Amazon is not reachable, and their main website redirects to a tracking website, cbd-tracking.locate2u.com.
I ordered items from Amazon on 18th Dec and delivery was supposed to be made in two days on the 20th. However, no status change from the time Amazon delivered to COD Express hub on the 19th. So now it says delivery by today 24th Dec but no change in status since the 19th. I contacted Amazon after 8pm on 20th. They apologised and said that they had contacted COD Express to get my delivery on priority. Did Amazon also lie? Does Amazon realise that their reputation is tarnished that they can contract with an operator that is so unreliable?

They wonât deliver to your floor, they just leave it on the ground floor in a public area.
And like others, my shirts were delivered, but mysteriously they couldnât be found.
When you call, if youâre placed on hold, the line hangs up after 2 mins. This happened 4 times.
When I did get through, my shirts were âdamagedâ by a âliquidâ. Allegedly. No photo proof.
Seems they donât care and neither does Amazon.

Bought from AMAZON AU. Received a notification saying package has been delivered. IMMEDIATELY asked my roomate to go downstairs to check in literally just less than one minute. Package wasnt there. FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE. Called customer service he Confirmed it was delivered but I am yet to receive the photo of the proof. Came to find out I'm not the only one who has been dealing with this issue. Are they stealing our parcels??

Same as a lot of people. Parcel from Amazon. Codexpress says they delivered. They didn't. Can confirm because have camera door bell with motion sensor - nothing at the time they reported. Amazon call centre SOP appears to be to cover for them by saying mistakes are made and it should be delivered soon.

This is bull sheet service and customer satisfaction. I've ordered shoes from Amazon and that supposed to come by this service and without delivering to me it is showing that order delivered. I've tried to contact them chatted them but nothing has come out. i would so beware of such kind of fooling services this chines companies are thieves just looting money.

Delivery for Amazon reported as delivered. Delivery not at my house. Called them and advised to walk around the neighbours houses to see if I can find it. Delivered 4 houses away. Told it's not the drivers fault they have a lot of deliveries.
