I ordered 2 things from Coco Village on April 8th and the website highlighted that both things were in stock and I would receive them in 2-5 days. I needed the items by April 23rd so placed the order as this was 15 days to deliver. Even their FAQ said the in-stock orders would be shipped 2-10 days. I have emailed once and called once and both times have been told they were escalating my order and they were "working hard" to get items shipped. This is false advertising and they are not holding up their end of the contract they made by way of the advertised shipping dates. BEWARE.
May 10 Update - love the copy/paste of the same message to everyone. There isn't a way for them to send a message through Trust Radius... more malarky. I had sent the order number by email twice before.

I ordered an educational tower and wooden activity cube in early February. I was told that everything would ship when both were in stock. A few weeks ago I got a shipping notification for both items. Only one arrived, the wooden cube. I contacted Coco Village through the email they told me to respond to. No response. I called and they said that only the cube shipped and the educational tower would ship separately. It’s been over a week (their website says in stock items ship in 2-5 business days. It’s been in stock longer than that) and it hasn’t shipped. I already paid for this item almost 3 months ago. I’m in limbo because I bought this item as I need it but I can’t request a refund unless I receive the item so I can’t even buy one elsewhere. Do better, Coco Village.
Balance bike broke as my son rode it. I feel this small company must have been bought out as the quality and customer service are both terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order at Christmas. Got an email AFTER placing the order stating none of my items will ship if I have order a presale item. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered said presale item. Anyway, regardless been trying to get in touch with them for months and have had ZERO replies! And still NO products!!! I am livid beyond belief and will be filing a few more formal complaints until they reply.... Ridiculous.
Ordered the learning tower and a walker. Products arrived well past their estimated arrival. Once they did arrive one product was missing screws the other product had faulty screws that weren’t tethered. I contacted customer service 3 times and received no replacement parts even though I was told I would receive them within 2 weeks. The last time I contacted customer service I asked for them to stay on the line as I waited for their email to confirm they were going to send me the parts and they hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Even though I bought the needed screws from a hardware store, I ended up getting rid both products anyways because they didn’t hold up. The walker broke within a week and the learning tower was too unstable to use because the wooden parts didn’t fit together perfectly.
You can find better quality items for just as much elsewhere. You can also get 1000x better customer service elsewhere too! Save yourself the trouble and buy from a different brand!
Edit: Apr 12, i received an email asking for my order number. Have not heard from Coco Village since.

They brand themselves as local and handmade but everything is made in China!
So when their chinese partners send a defective item, they can't fix the "handmade" item so they will only give you a small gift card on their own shop so you buy from them again.
Misleading marketing, way too pricey for made in china items, scammy

Service d’après vente déguelasse , j’ai acheté dans les environs de septembre la table d’activité toxedo pour cadeau de Noël a ma fille lorsque j’ai ouvert la boîte il manquait le 3/4 des jouets! Ceux-ci ne veulent pas me rembourser (j’ai proposé de la retourner aussi). Lorsque tu achètes un produit tu t’attends à pouvoir avoir l’entièreté des pièces… et ils veulent me rembourser un minime montant !

Had I know they would had terrible customer service I would have not ordered with them. They do no returns, no price adjustment when they constantly have sales since they are overpriced (meaning they don’t move without a sale) Just terrible. Totally taking advantage of parents with no respect to their clients. I work in customer service and I will tell you they do not deserve your money

Their customer service is horrible. I pre ordered an item and they won’t allow me to cancel, return or exchange the item. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Customer service agents are very rude as well. I would avoid purchasing from here

I ordered this product in December for a birthday gift in February. When I opened the box to build on February 2nd we noticed that the table top of the activity centre was damaged in shipping enough to cause splinters for the baby that it is intended for. I emailed coco village immediately and while their customer service was quick, it was disappointing to hear that they would only send me a $50 gift card to replace is over $100 item because of their policy that I should have opened the box to check right away. They would not budge on this so I accepted and it turns out that it only now totals $37 due to USD dollars. Why are they even charging in USD when they are apparently a Canadian company?!
All in all with damage from shipping I would say these products are not worth it due to how they splinter from shipping. Go to Crate and Barrel where they aren’t knock off and better quality.

J’ai fait une précommande d’une tour d’activité en septembre 2023… supposément on allait la recevoir entre le 15 octobre et le 15 novembre… 1 décembre ils me disent que mes items sont envoyés… ils sont bloqué avec intelcom. Après plusieurs email au moins une vingtaine d’email envoyé qu’ils me disent tjrs que mon colis s’en vient j’ai toujours rien reçus… on me répond qu’ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser et que c’est nous qui doit s’occuper avec intelcom pour que la livraison s’effectue… après les avoir contacté eux aussi on me dit d’attendre 1 semaine ça fait 1 mois de ca! J’ai toujours rien reçu! Et nous sommes fin janvier 2024n! Un beau 200$ au poubelle. J’ai regardé au début de cette semaine où est supposement rendu mon colis un est réexpédier au fournisseur et l’autre tjrs pris chez intelcom! on me répond chez coco village qu’ils vont me contacter des qu’ils vont recevoir le colis retourné par intelcom 🤣 c’est du gros n’importe quoi! Fermer votre site web estik! Ca aucun sens fourrer le monde de même !
I wish I read about their poor customer service before purchasing a product. Slow delivery times (which keep changing), no refunds, rude customer service… huge mistake supporting this business. STAY AWAY.

Like many of the other bad reviews about this company, Coco Village does not care about their costumers. I ordered their dollhouse for my daughters birthday and it came scratched. I reached out to the company and they will do nothing. I have wasted 250 dollars. Please do not buy from coco village.
Despite bad reviews, I decided to order the wooden play arch because I loved the design and they had nice Xmas sales. I was absolutely NOT disappointed by the product (received a few days ago), it is very beautiful, nicely packed and designed. I see they struggle with reviews, this is why I decided to show support because I am SO tired of giving money to Amazon in spite of supporting local businesses.
Horrible customer service!!
I ordered a bike for my daughter and it sat in the box until she was ready to ride one. Turned out the bike had manufacturing issues with one of the parts and we were unable to assemble it. Contacted CS only to hear that it was past the returned date!! They are happy to stand by their faulty items but wont budge about their date of purchase policy - what a shame selling faulty kids items. Shameee!!!

After gifting a Christmas gift that was broken (upon opening), this awful company refused to do anything about it as it wasn’t within the 30 day policy. It was a Christmas gift, how do we know we need to inspect gifts before gifting them? That goes to show the quality of their products are cheap and in fact need to be inspected. I will never give this company my business again.

I ordered the doll house for my daughter for Christmas, it sat in the box for a few weeks, was waiting until closer to Christmas to put it together. When i went to put it together it was missing a piece and had double of another one. They are now telling me that because it’s been over 30 days since I ordered, there is nothing they can do, now I’m stuck with an expensive doll house in which my daughter can’t play with it because it’s missing a piece. Customer service is crap, I have talked to a few different people. I will never be ordering from them again and I will keep warning people before they purchase from cocovillage.

I put one star only because there isn’t a zero star option. Parts arrive damaged in the box. This company’s customer service is not helpful whatsoever. In addition, the toys are not durable. Within 5 minutes of play, two items we have from cocovillage are already broken.

Carefully on what you are buying on Coco Village. For any order the your need to modify or cancel ( before shipping). At first they will tell you they can cancel the transaction and they will offer you the Coco village gift credit. On the second, you tell them you want the refund, they will put you on hold then tell you they cant cancel the transaction

Avoid this company like a hornets nest. They are dishonest, difficult to deal with, and have skuzzy business practices.
In order to improve, they should stop being dishonest, difficult to deal with, and do away with the skuzzy business practices. Having integrity would be a good step to correcting this.
