TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…

I bought an educational tower from Cocovillage as a gift for my granddaughter. It arrived with a small damage. I contacted Customer Service to get the damaged part replaced. First of all it took nine days, a second email and a phone call to get a response. When I finally heard from them the agent told me his manager offered a $50 gift card as compensation, however this does not resolve my issue. If the part cannot be replaced I expect them to replace the educational tower. Is it reasonable to expect me to give a damaged gift? In addition, one week after I bought the item it went on sale for half the price ($100 instead of $200). For an additional $50 to the $50 they offered me they could send be a new tower and have a happy customer.
As it stands now they have a customer who will not buy from them again and will tell family and friends what a terrible company this is with very bad customer service.

The product looks so nice on their…

The product looks so nice on their website, but in real using, I believe all design by person have no kids/ single. The Charm pin locks on the back became very loose after just one day at school several pins fell off, and the sharp pin points caused a small cut on my son’s hand that was bleeding. Lunch bag's insole so small, not enough room to put box. Washable Nylon Duffle Bag – The button is broken and cannot be locked properly. No-one answer my phone and emails, I keep resend it again and again. Bad service.

J’ai acheté le petit théâtre pour ma…

J’ai acheté le petit théâtre pour ma petite fille plusieurs mois à l’avance puisqu’il était en spécial , ensuite au montage du théâtre il y a une gance pour tenir le petit rideaux qui a été monté à l’envers et que je ne peut pas poser, alors je communique avec le service à la clientèle pour faire le changement de la petite gance mais n’ont rien voulu savoir en soit disant que le 30 jours était dépassée et ce même si c’était un mauvais montage de leur part donc très déçu de la compagnie aucune indulgence et un manque de gros bon sens

Terrible Customer Service.

Can somebody reach out to me?
I am experiencing terrible customer service.
No one picks up the phone, no one gets back to me, no one replied to me.
I should have never placed an order with Cocovillage.
CV25136303 - I just placed an order by mistake. Reached out to someone right after. No one gets back to me and ended it up shipping to me that didnt have to be and they now want me to pay for shipping to return back.
CV25136304 - I placed an order and spent $285 by the way. I still ordered your products and just simply wanted to return and get reimbursed by you.
Can someone please help?

No response from their support

Ordered the wooden coffee shop machine and they charged me twice and sent me two even though I only ordered one which I have the online order receipt for. Tried to reach out to their support to get a refund and also to send back the other one as I only needed one and so far nobody has reached out. Looking at the other reviews on here it's clear that this company does not care about its customers so I'll probably have to do a charge back on my card.

Absolute GARBAGE

Absolute GARBAGE. I have the activity cube and walker. Activity cube came damaged- customer service was zero help. The screws on the walker also constantly come loose and end up on the floor. HUGE choking hazard. It’s all garbage.

Edit to add because I’m not wasting time speaking with “customer service” again. The activity cube was a gift and no help was provided because I wouldn’t chase down the gift giver for their order number or ask how, where and when they bought my gift. The walker I purchased a while ago and only just started using. Again, not wasting any more time or effort on surely what will end up a dead end road. Product is garbage, “support” is garbage!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Coco Village, primarily due to their inadequate customer service. We ordered a learning tower, but upon its arrival, we discovered it was defective; several holes were missing from the manufacturing process, and we hadn't even begun assembling it. Additionally, the quality of the wood used was subpar, with numerous dents, knots, and marks throughout.

When we requested a refund, they offered a replacement instead. I declined, expressing my lack of trust in the product's quality for my child's use. To my surprise, they claimed our request was not covered by their return and refund policy, which I later found to be untrue. After thoroughly reviewing their website, I found no mention of such a policy. When I asked them to provide a link to this policy, they failed to respond.

We were genuinely hopeful about this tower and eager to support a Canadian company, but this exhausting experience with such an unreliable business has left us feeling disillusioned. It's truly unfortunate.

the company deleted my online account…

the company deleted my online account along with a bunch of points earned. they can’t credit back the points, can’t recover my account, just an empty apology with no path forward. truly useless “support”

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company
I ordered a toy for my grandson in August
I have gotten texts telling me it’s on the way and gave me a tracking number
I click the tracking number and it says shipping was cancelled
No reasons why
I’ve emailed, texted and called their customer service twice
Was on hold both times for 15 minutes and each time a voice would eventually come on and say they are too busy to take the call and hang up
Not sure how to get my money back

They finally called me after I wrote this review
I had a question and the woman was supposed to call me back
Haven’t heard from her
Was sent an email but suddenly all emails or correspondence from this company is gone
So I will stick with this review as my problem was not solved

I was really disappointed with my…

I was really disappointed with my experience with Coco Village. I ordered a balance bike, but the wheels were loose and wiggly, making it dangerous for my toddler who is just learning to ride. I contacted their support team right away and was told they would replace it. After waiting 7 business days, I still hadn’t received any update. I wrote to them again, and now 3 more days have passed without any response.

It’s upsetting because this is a product meant for young children, and safety should be the top priority. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating and very disappointing.

No Refund on request

Only giving one star as I can't give zero, ordered a bed frame in a sale, got a tracking number but it never updated. asked for a refund but customer service is giving us the run around, live chat isn't working on their site. no reply to emails or phone calls. Avoid at all costs. No $300 out with no ed for the little one.

Never buy from them

I don’t recommend buying from this store. I purchased a bicycle that was wrongly described or maybe I received a defective item. Can’t tell for sure because communication with their customer service is terrible. They just told me that I can’t return if it was already assembled. After I mentioned that I saw it was not working properly after I assembled the bicycle, they just stopped responding. I could only return my money by complaining through my payment system.

Vélo de mauvaise qualité et conception

J'ai acheté un vélo 4en1 pour mon fils. Je l'ai recu par la poste et l'ai monté. La qualité et la conception sont vraiment tres décevantes : suppport pour les pieds bien trop petits, pédales non connectées aux roues (la base pour un velo) et inateignables avec les pieds de toute facon, selle incomfortable et glissante, et le manche pour les parents ne peut pas guider le velo donc absolument inutile.
Le vélo est 100% en plastique, de qualité et conception niveau TEMU.
Et biensur on ne peut pas le retourner. Ils n'ont pas de magasin et ils ne répondent pas au téléphone.

SCAM ARTISTS

If I could give coco village zero stars I would. First of all, the quality of their products is equivalent to or even worse than what you can find on Temu for a fraction of the price, and the customer service is actually just non-existent. I purchased one of the construction work benches for my son’s first birthday and when it arrived, more than half of the screw holes were stripped and the screws would not screw in. The stupid thing can’t even be assembled past step two because of this. I sent an email to customer service last week, along with FOUR FOLLOW UP EMAILS, and have heard NOTHING back.

But what really leads me to believe that this company is just a scam, is that on the same day I emailed inquiring about assistance with the broken work bench, I also emailed about a return I wanted to make for a separate order. Of course to that email I got an immediate response, but to the ones about the broken product I received??? RADIO SILENCE.

And to top it all off, I entered a give away on Instagram with three verified “mommy influencers” over a MONTH AGO that I actually won. I was supposed to receive a lemonade set, a pizza oven and a cash register. Have I received them? Of course not! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the give away was just a scam too. I followed up with the influencer who ran the giveaway, who reached out to the head of influencer marketing at Coco Village, who replied that they are “experiencing a lot of delays and that it’s been very hard over here”. Are you actually kidding me???? The two orders I placed since winning that giveaway arrived within days, but the prizes (again, that I won OVER A MONTH AGO) I have yet to see anything. It’s honestly just comical at this point.

DO NOT BUY FROM COCO VILLAGE. This company is absolutely disgusting. Scamming hard working parents of their money, not standing by their products, and selling literal garbage. I can’t believe a company that sells products to CHILDREN operates in such a disgusting manner.

Save yourself the time, money and headache, and shop literally anywhere else.

Disappointed with Coco Village – Poor Communication and Delays

I placed a pre-order with Coco Village back in early March for an item that was supposed to ship by mid-April. It’s now the end of May, and I’ve received no updates or clear shipping timeline. I had to reach out myself multiple times just to get any information, and while they did offer a gift card, it wasn’t a substitute for clear communication or follow-through.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of proactive updates. As a customer, you’re left wondering what’s happening with your order, which doesn’t inspire much confidence with a brand that feels like a scam.

These reviews are a direct reflection of how little they value the people who support their business. I really wanted to love this brand, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend shopping here. I hope Coco Village improves how they handle pre-orders and customer communication going forward.

Beware - their response may also be bogus - no help

Posted a review on May 14 - they responded asking for order number and said they would resolve it - I answered their email, provided the requested information and have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL - I am thinking they post responses so people think they might fix it - but no action is actually taken… this seems to be the case in my problem…….be aware

Horrible Customer Service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a balance bike for our son from Coco Village, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we received and assembled the bike, the handlebar broke in half—the wood completely split, raising serious concerns about the product’s quality and safety.

We reached out to request a refund, as we were well within the 30-day return policy. Instead of honoring that, they offered us a $50 store credit, which felt completely inadequate. After pushing back, they eventually agreed to send a replacement bike. However, they later claimed it was out of stock and promised to update us once it became available.

It has now been a month and a half, and we've received zero updates. We noticed the bikes were back in stock online for over a week, yet our follow-up emails and phone calls have been completely ignored.

Unfortunately, I’m not the only one—others in our circle of friends and family have had similarly poor experiences with Coco Village’s customer service. Based on this pattern, I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Poor finishing - unpolished splintering edges for a sensory table

I love the design of their new sensory table. However the piece came unpolished, with rough edges and splintering. My fault for not having done a full detail check before letting my toddler to use it (because WHY WOULD A CHILDREN’S TABLE BE UNPOLISHED???), and it actually scratched his arm. So disappointed. Emailed them to make this right and got 0 repsond.
