I ordered a learning tower that was in stock, after one month it still hadn’t arrived and after following up, their customer service department took zero responsibility and advised me that I had to take it up with shipping company. The shipping company that they use (UniUni) was also very useless and promised that after an investigation was launched, that I’d recieve my package within a couple of days. It never came! Thank goodness for visa purchase insurance.

I read their own reviews before ordering they were a 5 star. I placed a order and than realized they had a old address. I immediately phoned them and they said system was unable to update. They said already shipped I would get a email with courier to update with them. They lied. The items were not shipped for numerous more days. I never did receive a email from ics. The new tenant in Leduc kindly phoned me and let me know my parcel was there. Now I have to drive a hour to pick up something that was 100 preventable. Opened the package and was disappointed in quality and size of items. Inflation apparently is a bigger issue than we think. The toys were less than half of their normal size. I was already frustrated with the company. I asked daughter in laws if they wanted anything.They were just as disappointed as I was and said no. My husband mailed back to company. I sent a copy of receipt. Rep at coco village asked for tracking number that was clearly seen on email. I asked if they received package which cost me over $40 to ship back. They said yes but will take 7 days to inspect items. I than went on BBB and they have a 1.74 and a fail. Trust pilot they have a 1.9. They have so many terrible reviews but their page has a 5. They are obviously deleting the negative reviews. If I do get refunded my $185. I’m still out of pocket $75 for this experience. A huge complaint others have is they take your money for preorders and never receive products. Toys r us had some great wooden toys for a fraction of the cost. If we need to return for any reason I’m sure we won’t be dealing with this. 🤦♀️

Terrible customer service
Purchased an oval crib. The mattress said it would be back in stock but I called and the rep told me that it likely wouldn't be. I tried to cancel my order days after purchasing. They said I would have to wait until it was delivered. But I have to pay fo ship the package back. I called ups, package was still there and that they needes the company to just call and cancel the shipment- I called coco village, this is not their policy to cancel a shipment that has not gone out.
Now we have the crib, I have to return at my expense even though nowhere on the site does it mention that items should be purchased together.
Takes weeks for them to respond to emails. Asked for a call back and set up a date and time with Ylett and noone called me. Sent in a return request for the 30 day return policy and they say if could take 20 days to get back.
Scammers! Do not order from here !!

LYERS. DO NOT TRUST. CV2337154 order was ordered on June 14th, they kept constantly lying every month that it is in stock this week and will ship shortly every time I called in July, August, September and October. Last two time I called, now in November, I was promised that the order would be split in two with items on pre-order shipped later on and was told will be shipped this week (each of the weeks I called) and obviously nothing was shipped. Then called again and was told they can not split items and order now might ship in December. (that is almost 6 months) The constant lying is very frustrating. DO NOT TRUST this company.

Il est difficile d'exprimer toute la frustration et la déception que je ressens face à Coco Village. J'ai commandé en juillet, certains items étaient en précommande pour le 15 août au 15 septembre. À la fin août je reçois un courriel comme quoi ils ont tous les items et que ma commande sera expédiée dans les 7-10 jours ouvrables. Et bien deux mois plus tard, 10 courriels auxquels on m'a répondu vaguement ou pas du tout, 20 tentatives d'appel, je n'ai toujours pas ma commande. C'est complètement ridicule et inacceptable pour une entreprise de laisser ses clients dans le flou comme ça.

J'ai commandé au mois de JUIN. Nous somme à la mi-OCTOBRE La livraison devait être fait au maximum le 15 août. Je n'ai toujours rien reçu. A chaque fois le service à la clientèle fait miroité que la commande va arriver d'ici une semaine. cela fait depuis août qu'ils m'ont dit qu'ils ont les items à l'entrepôt et que cela devrait arriver bientôt. C'est mon deuxième litige PayPal avec eux. NE JAMAIS ACHETER AVEC EUX.

Customer service was abhorrent. I had to wait almost half a year for my order without any updates for the first 2 months. One of the items was pre-sale so no reason for the rest of the order to be so delayed. That is the last time I order from them.

Editx2: after some more back and forth they sent me a replacement product. I received an entire new unit. While I’m thankful for the resolution I would have been just has happy for new bolts which would have saved them money and materials. We essentially reach the same end goal of a functional unit. I have increased their rating from 1-3 stars because it was a crazy hassle to replace this.
Edit: they have contacted me and offered a 20% refund. I went to my local hardware store and they don’t sell this size of bolt. So I’m still out of luck. I told them this and they have still yet to resolve my issue. They are manufacturing more towers so they obviously have a supplier for this part. Honestly it’s ridiculous. Still so upset I went with this company. Kinderfeets, epic kidz, green wood are also Canadian and have better customer service👍🏼 lesson learned
I ordered a toddler tower and it came with screws that were stripped and had no threads. I followed their procedure to submit a warranty claim and they did not answer. I called to follow up and they told me they don’t have the parts in stock and to go to my hardware store and figure it out. They offered a 20$ refund for my trouble. I literally just need the screws and it’s been terrible. At this point just refund me or send me a new one. I was being reasonable asking just for the parts. Just be aware of this when buying their products. I now have a 200$ piece of wood I can’t use unless I become super handy and can fix it. Buy elsewhere for cheaper ie Amazon it has a better refund/return policy.

Seeing all the reviews now made me realize how bad this company is. I bought stuffs from them with no problem but then this year i ordered more stuffs. And it’s now 4 months my order is still no show. They send me a fake tracking number, now they are telling me it was stucked, and now it’s not in stock? Always saying that the items will be shipped out in 5-10 days then after 4 mos still nothing. I am waiting for them to refund my money. I am trying to be patient with them but by how they handle this scenarios made me realize that this company is not trustworthy anymore. I am pissed off for real. And for all the promises and lies. I just can’t explain how frustrated I am with this company.

J'ai commandé le 2 juillet, nous sommes maintenant le 16 octobre et je n'ai toujours pas mes items, la date estimé de livraison ne fait que retarder et on ne m'avise d'aucune façon.
Chaque fois que j'appelle, le discours de l'employé est à l'opposé du précédent et du suivant.
On me mentionne qu'ils ont eu une survente sur les vélos d'équilibre, donc ne sont pas en mesure de remplir leur exigences envers leurs clients mais en plus, ils continuent de faire des promotions de ventes quotidiennement.
On ne peut que constater l'absence de service client à travers leur chute libre vers la faillite.
Je leur attribue une étoile car c'est le minimum, mais si j'avais pu, je leur en aurait plutôt retirer.

After reading countless 5 star reviews about this seemingly high end company, my wife and I decided to order one of the educational towers for our baby who loves to help out around the house.. We liked the idea of ordering a Canadian product, and figured we could wait a month or two tops.
Don't be fooled like we were. After waiting for 6 months of multiple missed delivery dates, our Walnut & White Educational tower finally showed up for our toddler. Every single piece I unboxed was disappointing. The list of imperfections and poor quality issues is so long, I actually had to laugh as I kept discovering.
-Made in China, stamped right on the side. This is not a problem, but we were expecting Canadian built and quality control.
-Large dents in the wood
-Blotchy stain, poorly applied and almost completely covers wood grain.
-Multiple finger marks dried into finish.
-Chunks of foam applicator brush stuck in both the white and "walnut" finish
-White finish had many long lines dark marks
-5/22 allan bolts came stripped, and the L shaped Allan wrench provided just spun completely round. Hardware is trash garbage, does not tighten up well with provided tool.
-Deep unsightly black holes in the plywood structure edges, right on the topside where they are most visible.
I just can't remember the last time I felt this ripped off by a company, and my wife is fuming that it took this long to be this disappointed. We would send it back but our kid was ready for this product and needed it 6 months ago!
You are so much better off ordering cheaper brands from Amazon, Wayfair, or just about anywhere, and probably get much higher quality for half the price. But you probably won't be able to read this review, because this Coco Village company curates their reviews and doesn't show negative ones.

Similar to the rest of the reviews, ordered products in May, and got the run around for 5 MONTHS. They kept responding 5-10 days for 5 months straight. I kept asking them to cancel, finally when I threatened to dispute with AMEX they canceled the order and refunded. Stop selling items you clearly do not have

We ordered a floor bed from Cocovillage in May that was supposed to be delivered in July. This got pushed to August, then September… we are now mid October with no sign of the bed, customer service just keeps saying “wait 5-10 business days” despite there having been a sale on the beds and the site saying “in stock”. This company is a scam, do not waste your time. I’d rather pay more from another company and actually receive the product… this company clearly just expects 6 month + interest free loans. Will absolutely never buy from them again, and will be making it known to all our friends having kids to do the same.

Was a loyal customer of Coco Village, but have been extremely disappointed by this company. Our order was placed in June and after countless follow ups and lies, I have come to accept that I may never get my order. It is deeply shocking to me that a company operating in this way is still in business.

Terrible experience. Ordered the educational tower in pre-sale in April 2023 with the expectation to receive it between July 15 and August 15. Followed up my email end of July, end of August and mid-september. Magically received a tracking number the very next day of my last follow up in October. Emailed them again later in October as nothing was moving since the shipping label was created. Got told to contact my courrier service to know more about the whereabouts of the order. This just didn't make sense so I decided to call them, they finally returned my call 2 days later and told that the order got lost and that I will have to put in a replacement order with delivery expected between November 15 and December 1st. That is 8 months later than my original order. They wouldn't even offer me a discount for the inconveniences. My son could have been using this tower last month and we'll have to wait another month if not even more to use it. Will never order again from them.

Placed an order for play mats at the end of July. Received a notice a couple weeks later saying that the order would be delayed up to 2 weeks because of waiting time fir stock. End of August I get another email saying items they have are in stock and should be mailed out within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I get another email saying there could be delays up to 4 MONTHS! What in the world?! I immediately email to cancel the order, and instead of cancelling the next day I get a shipment notification. Waiting on them right now but we’re at over 2 months already.
Side note: I’m buying a walker off someone who waited 4 MONTHS for theirs to arrive! Their child literally grew up and could walk fine by the time it arrived so they never really used it! She said that only after threatening to ask visa to reverse the charge did coco village send the order!
My email correspondence with them was pleasant enough.
To coco village. This is clearly your MO. stop taking orders online and just sell to retail stores. I’ll never order online from you again.
Pré-commande d'un lit maisonnette le 15 avril 2023. Livraison prévue en juin, puis repoussée en juillet puis finalement repoussée entre le 1er et le 31 août. N'ayant toujours rien reçu, je les ai contacté le 31 août, on m'a assuré que ma commande était en traitement et serait expédiée dans les prochains jours. Suivi la semaine suivante pour me faire dire la même chose et la semaine suivante pour me faire dire encore la même chose une troisième fois. Chaque fois on me dit que la commande est en traitement et sera expédiée durant la semaine, mais elle ne l'est pas. J'ai finalement contacté ma carte de crédit pour obtenir un remboursement. N'ACHETEZ PAS CHEZ EUX!
