Worst customer service
Goods not as described , cheap etc . Refused to refund. If you look anywhere other than Trust pilot you will get true reviews

Fantastic price.
Just received my snow jacket in just over a week. Reading some of the reviews I think they must be talking about a different store!
I'm extremely pleased with the snow jacket, its better than I expected for the price $138. I've looked at other jackets with lower quality & near triple the price. The big test comes next week going to the snow for 3 days.
I still give 4 stars for the overall experience with Coco Sydney.
I never give 5 stars...always neen a little room to move.

The snow jacket that I purchased was stated as waterproof! It is definitely NOT WATERPROOF, soked through the as soon as the rain came ?
So I'm happy with the jacket but if its NOT waterproof THEN DON'T SAY IT IS!

The quality of these products is…
The quality of these products is absolutely horrible. The items arrived with no tags, and the packaging was extremely poor and unprofessional.
What is even more disappointing is how difficult they make the return process. The company claims to be based in Australia, however, when you want to return the products, you are required to send them all the way back to China.
They also state that the cost of returning the items will be refunded, but only after you have paid the expensive international postage upfront. This is completely misleading and makes the return process unnecessarily difficult and costly for customers.
The products are nothing like what I expected, the quality is very poor, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
