Ok it took a while to arrive but it was worth it!
Looks great and has been used by us and guests who can attest to its comfort.
Well made and comfy as both sofa and bed.
Has basically given us another bedroom.

I was wary of ordering a sofa bed that I was unable to go and see so I ordered the swatch book to make sure. I have been kept updated on the progress all the way along. The sofa bed arrived today (the couriers were exceptional) and it is much nicer than I imagined, lovely quality and sturdy. Exactly as described on the website. Very straightforward to convert to a bed. Really glad I decided on Cocoon.

Ordering and delivery was amazing but the sofa bed itself is completely uncomfortable to sleep on! The design is flawed with a mattress section in the middle and hard top end that within the joining section will leave you tossing and turning all night and a bad back in the morning. Mattress topper not provided makes no difference

There was damaged on the side of the Sofabed, a rip. I need a replacement or a refund and not heard any update for weeks.

Very pleased with Alice 2-seater compact sofa bed. Nice colour (otter), good quality, and simple but robust mechanism to transform sofa to bed and back again. Had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but Cocoon kept in touch with regular email updates that gave us confidence the order was progressing. Good communication from delivery company, delivery and setup/demo good too. Cocoon is expensive, but we got a reasonable deal, overall very pleased.

I recently ordered a sofa bed from Cocoon, and I must say that the ordering and consequent refund service they provided was outstanding. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly customer focused.

First and foremost, the ordering process itself was a breeze. Cocoon's website was easy to navigate, allowing me to browse through their wide selection of sofa beds and choose the one that best suited my needs albeit I chose the wrong one on accident. The checkout process was quick and efficient.

Unfortunately, after I had made my purchase I realised that I had ordered the wrong sofa. Because of my mistake, I can now confidently say the exchange/refunding process was super easy. As I reached out to Cocoon's customer service team, and they were prompt and understanding in assisting me with the refund and reorder of the correct sofa. They provided clear instructions and made sure that I was reimbursed promptly (was in my bank account the following day) which allowed me to purchase the correct sofa this time.

Overall, my experience with Cocoon's customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The diligent and personable service provided by Ellie and Laura, as they went above and beyond to assist me with my order and their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and less stressful. Couple this with the user-friendly and informative website and efficient refunding process, and Cocoon really stands apart from its competitors. I highly recommend Cocoon to anyone, I just hope the sofa bed lives up to the same standards.

The bed is really comfortable and it looks great as a chair. I'm really pleased with the purchase. The process of buying was seamless and my expectations were adequately managed throughout the ordering process through manufacturing and delivery. Customer service was very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. The delivery team were professional and on time.

I was really pleased with the delivery and overall look of the 2 seater sofa bed. I particularly liked the wide storage arms. Unfortunately when I tried to sleep in the sofa bed to test it, I found the mattress far too firm resulting me being unable to sleep in it so I abandoned it and made my way back to my own bed. Shame.

The experience from beginning to end with Izaak at Coccon was exceptional. He made placing the order so easy, he supplied the sofa bed in double quick time for a special circumstance and made sure the delivery was on time too.
The Alice 2 seater sofa bed is incredible, so well made and robust, comfortable and very easy to convert into a double bed. What is particularly pleasing is that the bed isn’t your typical ‘put you up’ and can be used as a permanent bed.
The quality is excellent.

I wish I could give this company 0 star. Not sure what is worst sofa or service they provide. Quality of the fabric is terrible I had better for cheaper sofa. I had to email them 10 times before they blame me for sofa been damaged by my dogs. I don’t have dog. Spend your money somewhere else there are much better companies to spend your money
