Once your company is qualified

Once your company is qualified, straight up, honest fast and a pleasant experience to deal with the people at Coconut Funding . I’ve had a lot of bad experience with different financial companies, but the experience I had with coconut Funding was very surprising and very welcome doing business with and will continue to do business with this company

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Promised me one payment, then after multiple contracts had been signed, they informed me that I would be accruing $4000+ in fees and interest daily. To avoid paying those fees, I would have to pay over 20x the daily amount. In trying to resolve this issue, they refuse to put anything in writing, and will not respond to my emails.

Based on the totality of circumstances surrounding underwriting our purchases, which includes without limitation, the particular merchant’s financial history and sales, Coconut Funding may purchase the merchant’s Future Receivables. We understand this is a stressful time in the world and when it comes to a business, we at Coconut Funding also understand that emotions come into play. We take pride in our customer service, even in those instances where we decline a merchant. Many comments exaggerate, don’t tell the truth and worse, hurt our business. Coconut funding was very helpful!

Coconut funding was very helpful in providing a loan for my company. Jason my representative was very professional and knowledgeable to help my loan go seamless all the way to funding.
I appreciate their help.

Predatory

Predatory. Gave me a deal for $2000, when you look at Fees, almost $1500 in origination and admin fees From the jump. What time you pay back it’s Outrageous how far you’re over the $500 that you actually got.

Update : the other $995 fee that was supposed to be waived. Was not waived instead they tried to charge it and when they could not and it declined, they sued me for $10,000 default fee. Regardless of what they say, I have proof as well as the lawsuit paperwork.

Update : any actual review on them that is negative they get it flagged and removed so that way you can’t see what’s actually happening or what they do.

The post by this merchant does not tell the whole background of this transaction. Coconut Funding is in the business of providing capital to businesses throughout the country through themselves and/or other companies. In doing so, the company needs to review documentation, communicate with merchants, conduct informal background searches, research companies, communicate with other capital providers and many other things. This is labor intensive. Therefore, the company generally sends out documents which state among other things, in plain simple language, Irrespective of whether capital is received by Merchant, Merchant understands that the one-time capital placement fee is earned for all of the work that Coconut has done and will do regarding trying to find capital for the Merchant.

I have had the pleasure of working this Coconut Funding for several years. They have been flexible and willing to work on the terms with me. I have worked with a couple others that I would never do business with again. Coconut Funding is easy to contact and look out for small business. THANK YOU
