Experiencia poco clara y con costes adicionales
Pedí una ficha técnica reducida y mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria.
En primer lugar, me solicitaron los datos, los confirmaron y me aseguraron que todo estaba correcto. Tras realizar el pago, me comunicaron que no podían tramitarlo y que era necesario abonar 100 € + IVA adicionales por el COC. En ningún momento se indicó claramente que, al solicitar el COC, no sería necesario adquirir la ficha técnica reducida, lo que convirtió el pago inicial en innecesario. Posteriormente, también me solicitaron 50 € + IVA por el COC impreso.
Finalmente, me devolvieron el importe de la ficha técnica reducida que no recibí, lo cual es positivo. No obstante, durante todo el proceso encontré dificultades para obtener respuesta por correo electrónico y por teléfono.
En mi caso, la información ofrecida no fue suficientemente clara, lo que derivó en costes adicionales imprevistos. Espero que mi experiencia sea un caso aislado.
Cabe añadir que mi reseña anterior sobre esta empresa fue retirada tras una denuncia presentada por la propia compañía.

Ne bucurăm enorm să aflăm că serviciul nostru COC-online a fost peste așteptări și că ai primit Certificatul de Conformitate în format PDF cu 5 zile mai devreme decât estimarea inițială. De asemenea, ne face plăcere să știm că și livrarea fizică a fost rapidă. Din păcate, din păcate, livrarea prin curier nu este sub controlul nostru direct, dar îți mulțumim că ai menționat problema și vom transmite mai departe feedback-ul tău pentru a încerca să îmbunătățim colaborarea cu partenerii de curierat.
Îți mulțumim pentru încrederea acordată și ne bucurăm că ai ales COC Online pentru obținerea certificatului tău de conformitate auto.

Il CoC che mi hanno inviato non èvalido…
Ammetto che ci siano state delle incompresioni con l'azienda COC-online.com dopo il loro invio del certificato (duplicato) della VOLVO, ma l'azienda prontamente si è attivata contattando la Motorizzazione civile italiana chiedendo la motivazione della mancata accettazione ! Mi complimento per l'eccellente servizio 😊 praticamente il poco pratico dipendente della motorizzazione contestava che la firma di vidimazione del CoC non fosse depositata in Italia, ma a seguito personali indagini si è scoperto che il Ministero non ha mai aggiornato queste firme delle ditte automobilistiche! Mi complimento con la coc-online che mi ha assistito in tutta questa confusione della burocrazia italiana. GRAZIE

Tuttavia, desideriamo chiarire che i Certificati di Conformità che forniamo sono ufficiali e validi in tutta l’Unione Europea, Italia inclusa. Ogni giorno consegniamo con successo numerosi COC in Italia, utilizzati senza problemi in immatricolazioni e pratiche ufficiali.
Nel suo caso, abbiamo cercato di assisterla passo dopo passo, fornendo chiarimenti e suggerimenti su come gestire correttamente la pratica. Abbiamo anche tentato di contattare le autorità italiane per supportarla ulteriormente, ma sembra che questa recensione sia stata lasciata prima che potessimo completare il supporto.

However was disappointed that they couldn't send the documents in XML format rather than PDF, as irish revenue only accept XML format online and won't accept a converted PDF to XML.
