I was dealing with Mr Khalid Morad to secure the electricity contract with the supplier. He has provided various options and the prices available on the market and took time to explain me the aspects of different energy tariffs. His behaviours were very good during the conversations.

I’ve known Junaid for nearly 3 years now !! He provides fantastic service, very helpful/knowledgeable and always takes time to explain everything in detail. This company is not like those pushy sales orientated companies that often call, they really are very pleasant and have your company in their best interests. The process of getting the renewal contract in place was easy and quick. It took me no more than a few minutes to understand my current bills/charges, new rates (which were 3.3p/kWh – Gas and 18.4p/kWh), and have the contract emailed to me to review before signing. Normally it is such a hassle searching for the cheapest price and speaking to various energy brokers and suppliers, but this made the process painless. Would recommend Junaid at Cobana 😊
