Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on how well we dealt with your direct order.
With regards your eBay order, which we have already tried to help you with, you need to open a return request on eBay for that item in order for us to be able to refund you. All eBay refunds have to be done through eBay and you have to open a return request in order for us to do that.
Simply stating that you don't want to do that isn't helpful unfortunately
"... you do not seem to understand that I do not wish to contact eBay.
You have received your item, you owe me £15. End of story.
I would be happily change my review to 5 stars once I receive the money back.
If you still think this cannot be done, I am equally happy to lose my £15 and keep the review as it is."
If you can simply go to your order history in ebay and select to return the item then we can refund you and put this unfortunate situation to bed.

West suit Gloves
The gloves were an excellent quality - exactly what was wanted. They were a present and unfortunately are too small. I hope they can be exchanged for a larger size without too much trouble.

Typhoon rock boots excellent quality…
Typhoon rock boots excellent quality but I was between sizes and the wetsuit sock is part of the boot and doesn’t come out. Didn’t want to add another sock to improve fit. Prompt delivery and No problems with returns using PayPal free return service.

Brilliant!
This wet suit dryer won’t be used until after lockdown and the season has started however the grandchildren it was bought for are delighted. Service and delivery were excellent and the unit arrived on time and securely packaged.
Having used this for two seasons now we think it’s fantastic - brilliant piece of kit.
