I emailed support already twice almost a week ago to cancel my subscription to maintenance plan and to send me my digital assets that I have ownership to. Their manager of support by the name Magz said in last email before that if you decide to cancel, then they do "immediate offboarding" which is obviously bullshit as there's no response to my emails once I emailed that I'm canceling my subscription effective immediately. There's no reply so far my communication completely ignored. I need to move my website domain to a different provider which is time sensitive for me, but no response!! It is very-very disappointing. Only when you paying them for this thing or that next thing so they keep you on the hook as long as they can!...if I don't hear from them soon, I will be forced to seek legal advice in order to cancel my subscription and get my digital assets that I have legal ownership to.
If you're reading this, be VERY CAREFUL before investing into coach foundation....don't be fooled by cheap promises because it will cost you at the end so much headache and money. And the problem is: you don't have AUTONOMY to your digital assets once you hooked with them unless you're off the hook, which is not an easy process at all as you can tell from my review. And they keep pushing people to write reviews for them...they were sending me in the beginning so many emails forcing to write a review...well now they got one.
Remember: integrity and reputation in business is everything....and yours is stained already. I don't care how much money you made...I look at your character because that's what matters....and that's what defines you as a good or bad human.
I'm hoping for a successful resolution to this matter.

I think Sai himself is great: inspiring and articulate.
However, I have had a few issues with this company. First is their pushy - and unethical - sales practices. They offer programmes and say that you only have three hours to buy. So you buy... because you don't want to miss out. But then you go back to the website a day - a week, a month... - later and there is the same message: this offer is going away in three hours.
I got caught by this because even though I knew I wasn't ready... I believed what they said about the offer going away. I then didn't start the programme, because I wasn't ready. But then I found I was too late to use it - I couldn't actually do the programme. Even though nowhere on the original sales page did it say that I had to do the programme within a specific timeframe.
I wrote to them repeatedly. Only when they sent out a marketing email talking about the necessity for coaches to build trust with their clients - and I poited out that they weren't doing this themselves - did someone actually get back to me. Clearly no one was reading my personal emails to them, but my message was only read and responded to once I replied to a marketing email from them, so they presumably opened it because they thought I wanted to buy something.
It's concerning that a coaching training company would behave in ways that destroy trust - presumably they are teaching other people to do the same.
I eventually asked for my money back. They said that I had missed the deadline for refunds. But they said that if I paid them more money, then I could in fact get access to the programme that I had already paid for.
Really dodgy.
The other issue that I have with this company is that Sai is great, no question. But with the coaches you then speak to on the phone, I just found that they had less emotional intelligence, knowledge, understanding of what they are offering... than I did. Bit of a pointless exercise really. If Sai were coaching me then yeah... I'd sign up straight away. But I have tried working with this company a couple of times over several years and the person I actually speak to on the phone... not impressive.

This shady business has started spamming me again. I've never signed up for any of their services and never will. The spamming stopped for about a year after numerous complaints, yet today, two emails. Do not trust these guys with your email address because you'll never get rid of them.

Sai is very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough in the presentation of his product and offer on the Zoom platform.

Sai provides good info on his webinars. Sometimes he focuses a little too heavy on testimonials in there and then the actual content goes a bit too fast, but the content is usually solid and high value.

Enjoyed the webinar and got some good take home points for future actions. Liked the Sai style of presenting and there are lessons for us all from this

The “Media on Demand” cohort was extremely valuable and actionable. The training was clear, organized, and focused on real-world implementation rather than theory alone. I especially appreciated how the program broke down media positioning, podcast outreach, JV relationships, and authority-building into practical steps that feel achievable even for newer business owners entering the advisory space.

One of the strongest aspects of the experience is the supportive coaching environment. The coaches are patient, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. Questions are answered thoroughly, feedback is constructive, and there is a real sense that no one is left behind regardless of experience level. The balance between mindset, visibility, and execution has been very helpful.

What also stood out was the emphasis on building credibility and authority through authentic positioning rather than overly aggressive sales tactics. The cohort helped clarify how to communicate expertise, develop a compelling message, and create opportunities through partnerships, podcasts, media, and strategic outreach.

Constructive feedback:
At times, newer members who are still building foundational assets (offer clarity, messaging, lead magnets, confidence in outreach, etc.) may feel slightly overwhelmed by the speed of the business-development focus. More step-by-step examples specifically geared toward beginners transitioning into visibility and client acquisition could help bridge that gap even further.

Overall, Coach Foundation is doing an excellent job creating a collaborative environment where members feel encouraged, supported, and challenged to grow. The value, coaching accessibility, and actionable content make the experience worthwhile, and the cohort has helped me gain clarity and momentum as I build my dental-focused CFO advisory business.

The staff is great - professional and encouraging. The workshops are educational. They are clear about what you get for the money. Of course you should always ask questions to be sure of what you understand you are purchasing.

Sai always provides great information and options to take advantage of his offers. The information is relevant, and the programs I've been involved with through, Coach Foundation, have always been of the highest quality. Their latest pertaining to "Media on Demand" looks to be another winner.

This company is up to date on what works and what does not work and provides the means to keep us informed and help us with the processes.

Excellent info, very personable presenter. Clear, concise, informative and engaging. Really enjoyed the presentation.
The drawback is going over the allotted time. Attendees have other commitments but want to ensure they receive all the info the Coach Foundation Provides which puts the attendee in a difficult position.

Sai is clearly very knowledgeable. I appreciate that during his latest webinar, he actually taught us some useful and valuable concepts, instead of the "bait and switch" I have run into so often on webinars. And, as a journalist with 40 years of experience (ABC News, CNN, etc.) he is accurately telling people how the media works, and I respect that. Nice job!

I would like to thank the team for their patience, support, and solution-focused approach throughout the process of helping create my Bespoke Courses for Leaders website and funnel system.
