Hi James,
I do see we received an email from you on April 10th and one of our customer service reps responded that same afternoon. I'm not seeing any responses after that so I'm not sure if perhaps our reply got missed or filtered into your spam or junk folder by mistake?
Regardless, we definitely want to do what we can if you received a damaged product. If you can't find our previous reply in your inbox, you can always start a new thread with us by emailing customerservice@cmmg.com or by visting https://cmmg.com/contact
Thank you

CMMG Customer Support
Amazing company. Great products and great customer support.
One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to give them my business. They are 100% for the rights of the citizens to have arms and to screw over states that have restrictions on its citizens. Every gun I have bought from them has been amazing and their customer support is top notch. The only thing I can say should change is I’d like to talk to customer support instead of doing a ticket system. Their products are built to last and are very reliable and always in stock because of their build to order mantra.

That was far faster and easier than ordering Chipotle. Love your banshee, got the rugged sub 9 suppressor on the 5 in. 9mm. Totally my fault for how gassy it is and ordered the bcg weight kit, but was wondering if there was a proprietary closed charging handle to help mitigate even more of this gas, if not even more you guys offer to make it pleasant to shoot.

CMMG’s products are outstanding
CMMG’s products are outstanding. Very much pleased with what I’ve purchased. The website needs a bit of an overhaul. As products lack the proper estimated lead times, especially due to new tax and regulations processing. Communication goes a long way, so updating your customers instead of them having to reach out to you after basic lead times have been surpassed would be a great improvement.
