Bought a ticket for an event I could no longer attend due to health reasons,
The customer service was extremely good, replied quickly and offered me a very reasonable solution considering I had not paid for ticket protection.
definitely would buy tickets from them again!

I bought tickets via Club Tickets for the Secret Sessions event at Avyca Ibiza on the night of August 26 to 27. When I arrived, the club was closed, and the event didn’t happen.
I’ve been trying to get a refund but haven’t received any response. Please advise on how to proceed.

Terrible after sales experience. I’m waiting on a refund it’s been over a week and in addition to this I was charged for the last remaining payment (paid in 3 instalments) shocking customer service
Scam, ladrones y deshonestos que no respetan los seguros de cancelación. Que Ushuaïa Club tenga a esta gentuza como partners demuestra la realidad de España en general e Ibiza en particular.
Hola buenas compré dos entradas más dos bocopas para el 18/06 y me confundí y compré una para el 25 sin seguro ni nada al día sigiente de la fiesta me puse en contacto con ellos y me contestaron al momento y me devolvieron el dinero menos los gastos , la verdad es que increíble, cualquier otro club o festival hubiera pasado del tema o hubiera ingresado al mucho después mil gracias
I had some issues with some tickets, I bought the wrong dates, so I needed to switch dates for the following week (the event with the wrong date was today). They were very quick to answer my email and gave me 2 solutions. I managed to buy tickets with the correct dates and already received (in a matter of few minutes) refund for the event with the wrong date. So, very good communication and very quick and efficient! :)
I had the wrong name on my tickets. I messaged them and the next day I had new tickets with the right name no hassle or stupid question just nice and simple first class experience
Had to cancel tickets (took the insurance with them) so replied to email requesting cancellation & refund. Received prompt friendly reply and refund sorted rather quick.

We bought 2 boat trip tickets from Clubtickets.com from their representative in the Fergus Bahamas hotel in Ibiza Playa de`n Bossa Ibiza in July 2023, the tickets cost 240 Euros, we got to the boat on time but one of the boat crew told us we were about to get on the wrong boat and our boat was the one due to arrive next.
We did not board, unfortunately the crew member was incorrect, the boat he was on was our boat!
So, we missed the trip and I had to try to get a refund from the Clubticket rep` at the hotel who is called Sasha.
The process was very difficult because Sasha had to liase with the tour boat company to negotiate a refund which was made more difficult because the tour boat company, Formentera Sea tours (not Clubtickets) had us down as a "No show" which means they said we did not turn up! We did turn up in fact 40 minutes before the departure time!!!
And we spoke to the tour boat rep` at his desk in the Port when we were there!
Sasha worked through his breaks and was determined to find the only correct solution which was a full refund, at the same time dealing with other customers at the hotel. He manged to get us a refund on the same day we asked for it and I could see how hard it was for him to convince the boat tour company to do the right thing, I cannot thank Sasha enough, he is very hard working and a credit to Clubtickets.com!!! He saved us our 240 Euros!
We will definotely be dealing with Sasha again even if we are not staying at a hotel he works at! We will find you my friend, thank you once again!!!
